Located in Harbor Village on the Hyannis Port border. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. Sleeps 5. Master bedroom has queen bed. Second bedroom has full bed and twin bed. Full bathroom has modern updated shower. No tub. Another half bathroom in the master bedroom. Updated Kitchen. Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer. Central Heat and Central A/C, outdoor shower, TV and Wi-Fi. Dog friendly! Parking for 2 cars. Deck with Weber gas grill, overlooks tidal estuary, Beautiful ocean breeze and views of Nantucket Sound. From your deck you can watch ferries travel back and forth between the islands and Hyannis Harbor.

This cottage is steps away from Harbor Village's sandy private footpath along a tidal estuary to Ocean Avenue Beach and Keyes Beach. A 3-minute stroll on the footpath. A third beach, Hyannis Port Beach, is 200 yards from the entrance to Harbor Village. Set up your own beachhead to sun, picnic or watch the sailors on Nantucket Sound. The summer water temperature on the Sound averages 70 degrees.

Rear of cottage borders a tidal basin with a variety of birds: Seabirds, gulls, plovers, swans, ducks, eagles, hawks, falcons and many others.

This is a privately owned cottage in Harbor Village, which has onsite management and free linen service. All linens are provided, including sheets, blankets, pillows and pillowcases. The bathroom is stocked with bath towels and washcloths, bar soap, TP and a hair dryer. Extra towels and washcloths are available free at the cottage supply shed next to the office. You will need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. There is an iron and ironing board. Laundry detergent for washer. In the kitchen, the cottage has paper towels, a bottle of dish soap, dishwasher tablets, a dish towel, and a pot scrubber. Dishes, utensils, pots and pans, glasses, wine glasses, lobster pot. The coffee maker is a drip coffee maker and we provide the filters but not the coffee. Please bring a bag of your favorite ground coffee. Free daily trash pick-up from outside your front door each morning.

Cottage rents Saturday to Saturday during the peak season, June 20 to September 5. Two-night minimum stay between May 1 and June 20 (includes Memorial Day weekend), and between September 5 and October 31 (Includes Labor Day weekend and Columbus Day weekend).

Harbor Village is truly a unique one-of-a kind jewel on Cape Cod. It is a quiet, secluded compound of 21 Cape style cottages on a 17-acre private parcel studded with pine trees, and a private sandy path leading to two ocean beaches. We are located on the south shore of Cape Cod at the edge of Hyannis Port, within walking distance of the Kennedy compound. If you follow of our footpath to the beach, there are also sidewalks on Ocean Ave and Sea Street that go all the way to historic Main Street in Hyannis.

Harbor Village is the perfect location for your Cape Cod vacation. There is no other place on the Cape that has the quiet solitude of Harbor Village, while also providing the excitement of all of Cape Cod’s attractions nearby. The Cape Cod Melody Tent, and Historic Main Street in downtown Hyannis with shops, restaurants and pubs, are less than a mile away. Take the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard from Hyannis Harbor, one mile from our Harbor Village entrance.

Hyannis is considered to be "The Capital" of Cape Cod. If you stay for a week in any other town on the Cape, you will find yourself driving in Cape traffic to Hyannis nearly every day of your vacation, because Hyannis is where all of the action is, and it has some of the best beaches in Massachusetts.
