This newly renovated and updated duplex is just 5 houses from the sand!

Downstairs unit has 2 king bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, 3 full bathrooms, kitchen, living space, and fireplace. 3 flat screen televisions with HD cable and high speed wireless internet included.

Front porch/patio has table, chairs, seating area, and BBQ.
The beds are very comfortable with cozy linens and featherbeds and down comforters. Sleeping comfortably is a must for our family. The bathroom arrangement is unusual as each bedroom has it's own bathtub/shower.
This property is close to everything you would like for the area. The beach is a short 1/2 block (50 yds), grocery store is a walk, bike ride away. Bike rental is 1 block, restaurants and shopping is a walk down the boardwalk which we enjoy daily when we are there.

We rent a beach house for my sonā€™s birthday each year. This was our first time staying at this location and wow it was perfect. Great location wonderful for families it had everything we needed. If itā€™s available for the birthday trip next year we will definitely be booking again.

Beds are very comfortable, home was clean and well appointed, everything we needed was easily accessible. Overall very good experience and great communication with host. Would definitely stay again, can't beat the location.

Perfect location!!

Loved the cottage. Only downfall was the construction noise starting at 7:30 in the morning so sleeping in is not an option. 2 minute walk to beach. I will definitely stay again!

Wonderful home in Newport Beach just steps from the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Newport Beach. The unit was nicely decorated and furnished. Beds were very comfortable and the location was great - just steps from the beach. Communication with the owner was great. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

The house is decorated so cute! The beds are HUGE and so comfortable. There are so many bathrooms and showers, it was a big bonus for us! The street is very quiet and is easy access/quick walk to the beach. I would love to stay here again with the family and kids. This house is perfect for everything from a bachelorette party to a family getaway. The owner is great too, the best most flexible person Iā€™ve ever rented from. Thanks for the awesome weekend!

Great Beach Stay

Great stay, had a group of 8 friends for a couple of days. Location was great as it was just steps from the beach. The property was as described and advertised. The home was equipped with all necessities (dishware, glasses, soap, towels, etc.) that made the stay so much easier. The rental was clean and ready at check-in! Owner was incredibly responsive throughout the whole trip, did not have any issues checking in or out. AAA+; would stay again!

Absolutely Amazing!

I can honestly say this was the best experience I've ever had with a vacation rental! The host was truly incredible and made sure we were well taken care of from start to finish! The house was clean and well maintained and the beds were super comfortable. It is the cutest place and the pictures do not do it justice! The best part is the location-it is right by the beach! It's only a few steps to the sand, which made our beach days so convenient. There was more than enough beach equipment in the garage which we also really appreciated. Every other beach house I have rented was lucky to leave 2-4 chairs, but this one had more than enough, plus boogie boards and everything you would need. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the location is also close to restaurants and other recreation. We will definitely be staying again!

Great stay in a perfect spot!

Cannot recommend enough! There was plenty of space for the whole family and it was such a great space to have people together. About 1 block from the beach, the kitchen had everything you could need, and the host was very responsive.

Perfect Newport getaway!

My girl friends and I had the best time at this property! Due to high winds, a few of our plans got canceled, so we ended up spending more time at the house than expected - and it was AMAZING! The house is much more spacious than I had anticipated, plenty of room for 8 adult guests. Every room was clean and beautiful, and the patio was the perfect spot for all of us to hang out and eat meals, drink wine, and play games. The house was in a great location and parking was never an issue. 10/10 would recommend booking this house!!

Amazing Beach House

This place was absolutely spectacular! This was perfect for our girls weekend. It had everything we needed and more. Tim was a fantastic host also! This location also is perfect and is about 20 min walking distance from The Lido House. Also steps away from the ocean. Would stay here again! Thanks Tim for an amazing stay!

Excellent location and owner

This property is located steps away from the beach on a quiet street. It is in pristine condition - kitchen is great, showers are awesome, beds are super comfortable. We needed to check in a bit early and Tim was outstanding in his communication and accomodation. One note: The people that rented the upstairs unit were very noisy until late hours at night and early in the morning (I think they had a small child). You could hear nonstop running and pounding on our ceiling. This was likely unusual based on that circumstance, but an important note to be aware of when staying in the downstairs unit. We loved our stay almost completely but did not love the noise.

Fantastic Location

The property is well kept and clean. The location is fantastic! Just perfect for our family of tweens... Just 4 mini homes, a teeny street to cross and you are right on the sand! The front patio complete with dining, grill and lounge area was fantastic for bbq moments. Even the local neighbors were friendly!
