Oceanfront townhome in prime location. 3 Bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 baths. Roughly 2200 square feet. Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds, and the third has a bunk bed, plus a queen sized bed. The kitchen is stocked with all of the basics, including a Keurig Coffee Maker. Board games and puzzles are included to keep family and friends entertained in the evenings.

Three wonderful outdoor spaces! Large front patio on boardwalk with comfortable seating for 10. Small ocean front balcony off of the living room, and a large private roof top deck with built in BBQ, lounge area, dining area, bar stools . . . Views of the ocean, the bay and gorgeous sunset views!

The home is located in an ideal location! It is walking distance to the Balboa Pier which has the famous Ruby's Diner on the end. Also, a short walk from shops, restaurants, as well as the ferry that takes you to charming Balboa Island.

The home has everything you need for a memorable beach vacation: bikes (roughly 8 adult bikes and 3 kids bikes). beach chairs, beach towels, corn hole, sand toys, beach umbrellas and more!

It is the perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends. We've just added a pack-n-play crib, and a booster seat high-chair. Can comfortably accommodate two families, or one family plus grandparents. Also great for a Girls Weekend, or a couples vacation.
