Family Friendly Colorado Rocky Mountain Condo

The Sun Song condominiums are located on the free shuttle route in Fraser, providing a quiet getaway, but still within close proximity to the Ski Area and downtown. The free shuttle takes you to the WP ski resort. The condo was upgraded in 2014-16.

The 2 floor unit has a mountain themed interior. Downstairs has a full kitchen opening up to the dining area and living room. The living room area makes for a spacious room with corner fireplace, flat screen HDTV with DVD player. Wireless internet access is available for the use of laptops......

A deck downstairs and upstairs on the back of the building has a view of the open meadow. A gas grill is on the 1st level patio deck.

The main floor has a bedroom and full bathroom including a Queen bed; & Full size Clothes washer and dryer.

The upstairs has the master bedroom with Queen bed, full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, small kitchenette and access to private deck.
The second bedroom upstairs has two sets of twin bunk beds, queen Murphy bed and a full bathroom.

Outside the entry of the unit is a private ski/snowboard closet for storage.

The common area amenities are centrally located and include 2 indoor hot tubs and tennis courts for the warmer months.

Comfortable, homey accommodations

Our stay was very comfortable, with the accommodations well suited for the kids (5 and 7) and 4 adults. Having 3 bathrooms was very convenient. The condo is very well stocked. The bunk beds and murphy bed was even comfortable (often not the case!). The wood stove is a nice touch, especially after cold days. Would gladly stay again!

House no issues location near RCNP

I have no issues with the property. Clean, owner very responsive. All needs met. This is just an FYI for anyone who wants to visit the Bear Lake side of the park. You will have to drive thru the park to see that side. Winter Park had restaurants and activities. Fraser has walking trails and grocery store.

Exceeded expectations for extended Winter Park stay!

This condo and host Ralph exceeded everyones' expectations for our extended stay in Fraser! The main living area downstairs is spacious and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We loved the wood stove and supplied wood which kept things warm and cozy. The main bedroom upstairs is enormous with room enough to be a second living area. The complex has two large hot tubs. Ralph was available and responsive for anything that came up and proactively checked in on us to make sure we were doing well. We highly recommend staying here.

Amazing place for Winter Park resort vacay

The listing is being modest. All the kitchen and washer/dryer appliances were in good working order; the driveway was kept clear of snow (and snow falls generously in the Rockies in February); the front door and the windows provided pretty good insulation from the cold; the shower got to a good hot temperature and maintained good pressure. Plenty of space for a family of three. The host left good instructions on how to find the particular building (the street plan / building numeration for condo villages in Fraser is... whimsical. If you're arriving after dark, come with a flashlight) and was very responsive whenever we had a question. Loved our stay.

Amazing place in Fraser!

Ya'll- there are not enough words for how great Ralph's place is! My family (2 adults, 5 kids ages 13-24) stayed at Ralph's for Christmas 2024. The condo is ADORABLE (the pics do NOT do it justice) and had so much more space than we expected!We had plenty of room to spread out and relax but it was so cozy to hang out together as well. The condo is in such a great location - just minutes from WP and only about 15 minutes from Granby (less, crowded, cheaper and great beginner skiiers). The bus stop to WP is just up the hill from the condo door. Ralph was so helpful, knowledge and friendly. He gave us great advice and recommendations for restaurants, was easy to get in touch with and even checked in with us periodically. Honestly, this place felt like we had been visiting a friend. Most well stocked kitchen in any VRBO I've ever been in. You cannot go wrong with Ralph's condo. Book the vaca- you will not regret it!

Great

We just returned from a week stay and this place fit our needs perfectly. There was plenty of space for our adult child, her husband and our teens. Every bedroom has a bathroom, but the downstairs bedroom does use the only bathroom on that floor. There was a fully stocked kitchen and a full size washer and dryer. It is so peaceful and quiet outside, I do wish there was seating on the decks to enjoy this beautiful place just a little bit more. Ralph was great and communicated with us periodically throughout the trip. Would love to return here again sometime soon!

This place was great!

We had a wonderful time staying here and Ralph was super easy to work with and went out of his way to help me stay an extra night. He also suggested all kinds of great things to do and even offered to let us use his bikes. The property had everything we needed and more. More than enough room for everyone and the location is easy to find and convenient for everything we wanted to do. If we ever stay in the Winter Park area again, we would love to stay here again. Thanks Ralph!

Overall a great experience renting this place. Look forward to come back for our next ski trip!

The house is well equipped in a nice condo community. Close to Fraser town and within a short drive to Winter Park ski resort. The rooms are nicely laid out with lots of space for adults and kids. The owner is very responsive to our questions and checked in several times during our stay to make sure we were comfortable, and generously offered us pizza from a local restaurant which turned out to be great! The only thing I would suggest improving is better WiFi connection.

Nice house!

We enjoyed our stay there. The house is nice, comfortable, and spacious. Less than 10 min drive from the house to the Winter Park Resort. It is also very convenient to shop for groceries and to find decent restaurants nearby.

Perfect Condo for Family of six

We had a wonderful time in Fraser. Loved the area and the condo. Easy access to Winter Park and some smaller resorts. Ideal location for shopping, restaurants and other outdoor activities. The accommodations were perfect for our group. Lots of space, well supplied kitchen plus lots of extras (firewood,games,books,etc). We fell in love with Winter Park again.
