The swimming pool, outdoor living area, game room, and hot tub are always big hits with every guest! Only 15 minutes to DFW airport and the AMAZING Toyota Music Factory! Sip a glass of wine by the BBQ outside by the pool and fire pit or fireplace (there are 2), under a brand new 30ā€™ x 10' Pergola. Or kick back in the Hot tub! Enjoy our High Speed WiFi. Play some Shuffleboard, darts, ping pong or foosball! There is a Pool Table, Poker Table, Couch and Love Seat in the Man Cave (garage with heat and AC). We have a few floaties for the pool. There is a basketball hoop for the pool also. We are located on a quiet street next to a huge park and playground. Our place is just 15 minutes from DFW Airport and Love Field. Less than 4 minutes to major freeways (114, 183, 161 - these can easily get you to Southlake, Keller, Frisco, Fort Worth, Arlington, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, Cowboys Stadium, Rangers Stadium, and many other areas) and fine dining. Downtown Dallas, Six Flags, Cowboys Stadium, Rangers Stadium, Grapevine, and other tourist attractions are roughly 9-14 miles away. Our hardwood and tile floors, upscale kitchen, make this your home away from home. Enjoy the heated swimming pool and hot tub with lounge chair and waterfall! Close proximity to Dallas, Las Colinas, Plano, Farmers Branch, and Arlington make this the ideal location for the business or vacation traveler! Enjoy the fireplace and outdoor living areas. Each lounge chair (2) or regular chair (8) around pool is next to a table for your drinks. Our home features lots of closet space, with extra hangers. Shampoo, soap, blow dryers are also provided including towels and linens. Like to play board games or chess, we have those. Use our bikes to explore our neighborhood and go to the park next door. We are a few blocks from the bus route and 1 mile to DART commuter train system at North Lake College. There is tennis, golf, museums, fine dining, and a host of things to do within a few minute drive! We provide complimentary coffee and tea. Wine glasses are ready, we just need you to visit! Let us know how we can make your stay more enjoyable. We can even pick you up and take you to the airport if needed! The pool can be heated to 78 degrees for $55 day, so it can potentially be used year round! Please provide at least a 48 hour notice, so it has time to heat up. It is a huge pool. The pool is serviced on Mondays or Tuesdays.

We had a party of 6 adults and 2 dogs who all enjoyed our stay at Paulā€™s place. Pool was great during the 95 degree days, everyone had fun playing all the video games also. Kitchen had everything you could need. Beds were very comfortable and close to the DFW airport. Will definitely stay here again when we visit again.

Kids dream come true

The grandkids and the big kids (adults) loved the pool and game room. So much to keep them having fun all day and then relax on the big couches that can seat everyone! Only a 15 minute or less drive to all the locations we wanted to go. Would definitely recommend.

Plusses are : a pool, arcade games and lots of beds. The house was in a safe neighborhood. Minuses- This is an older house that uses a lot of window air units to keep house cool. The bathrooms were small. If you need a house for a lot of people, it will work well for you. But you will want to know that it is a older house.

Christmas week at the Sports bar

Our family Christmas week stay was amazing fun and filled with so many things to do- many arcade games, poker room , pool table ping pong, shuffle board, hot tub outdoor pool and many TVs ā€œHighly recommendā€ this property for a fun adult getaway - we had so much to keep us busy we didnā€™t have to leave Paul is a great host and definitely takes pride in ownership of his property

Great family reunion

We had a great time at our family reunion. The location was perfect for the family members flying into DFW. The kids loved the pool and the game room. We made a Ranger game, ate good food, bowling and arcade, plus my niece bought a new car. Plenty of room and the owner was wonderful to commutate with and beds were comfortable, everyone slept great.

Great outdoor living space with heated pool, lots of rooms and plenty for kids to play with!

The house worked great for our trip to Dallas and the Texas State Fair, centrally located and easy to find. The kids enjoyed the heated pool, pool table, ping pong and shuffleboard table. The adults enjoyed the large living space, wine and sitting outside by the pool at night. Great place for a large group and/or kids and the owner Paul is very helpful and responsive as well.

Family Christmas

Family Reunion 2024

Paul was a terrific host. His home was absolutely perfect. My kids, nieces, and our parents loved it. My brothers were impressed.There were plenty of blankets,towels, and everything really. It close to the airport, shopping and dining. We have family in Dallas and next trip we stay in one of Paul's properties. The house had plenty of beds and the young children loved to play fussball and table shuffleboard. We all enjoyed the hot tub, the swimming pool was very clean but too cold to swim over Thanksgiving even though "heated" It can accommodate 8 adults and 8 children but the kitchen is rather small with only one oven when you are trying to feed 16 mouths. In summary I would still recommend this house for family gatherings and the location is great for both Love and DFW airports, and grocery stores, etc are all close by.

A Dream Getaway with A Pool and Retro Fun!

Our recent VRBO stay was fantastic! The house exuded charm and comfort from the moment we arrived. The pool was a delight - clean, refreshing, and inviting, providing the perfect escape from the summer heat. The game room was a blast! With throwback games galore, we spent hours challenging each other and reliving childhood memories. The spacious house had unique charm in every room, making gatherings cozy and enjoyable. And the host? Incredibly pleasant and considerate, ensuring our stay was perfect from start to finish. In short, this VRBO property is perfect for a relaxing, fun-filled getaway. With its pool, retro game room, and hospitable host, it's an unforgettable vacation spot. We can't wait to return!

Family Funcation!

Paul, the pictures do not do justice for what you all have in your home. We appreciated so much all the extras and know this home holds wonderful memories for your family, and it does for our family now too. Everything was perfect and we would love to visit again to enjoy alll the outdoor play things. We did enjoy the spa, especially with the cold weather. The house was plenty big enough for us even with a surprise arrival of another grandson to support the big event. Thanks again for your hospitality. I would highly recommend to other families.

Family Vacation

Had an Amazing time! Kids and adults loved the pool and game rooms! Son-in-law loves Vegas so the casino room was heaven for him. He, of course, taught everyone else how to play. Plenty of space so never felt crowded. Master bedroom was huge. Living room is huge, a lot of movie nights! Plenty of grills to chose from, would of definitely used one if the temperature wasnā€™t 104 outside. Will definitely come back to this house. Just not in July. Paul was so great to communicate with. Gave amazing recommendations and always responded quickly. We travel a lot and I must say, this was one of the best homes weā€™ve stayed in.

This property is great!

I booked this property for my first trip to Texas along with my husband and 8 of our friends. Everyone was thrilled! The house is very clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub were great and tons of games/game tables to enjoy. The property owners were there to meet us when we arrived and are super nice. Paul gave us a tour of the house and explained how to work the heater for the pool. He also told us things to do in the area and some favorite places his wife and him like to go. They supplied bottles of wine and snacks, cereal and other pantry items. They also provide toiletries, linens and hairdryers. We had a great time hanging poolside at night by the fire pit. I can't say enough about the home and the home owners - I highly recommend the home if you are vacationing in this area.

Loved the pool and hot tub! Great location.

Paul is a great host. He gave us several local ideas for eating when we checked in. We are a family of six. The house sleeps 15+, so there was lots of room. The house is great for just relaxing or using the location as a base. We played golf twice and went to the Ft. Worth stockyards. We grilled one night, using the charcoal grill because I couldn't get the gas grill started. Paul brought new gas for the gas grill the next day. He was very responsive. We spent a day at Southern Methodist University, taking our kids on an official college tour. And then did the JFK Book Depository museum - it's well worth the time but buy tickets online beforehand. If we are back in Dallas, we'd stay in the home again!

WONDERFUL HOME WITH POOL/HOT TUB/GAME ROOM AND ATTENTIVE HOST

Just spent 5 days at a beautiful home in Irving TX with a pool (with diving board and pool toys!!), hot tub, game room (ping pong, shuffle board, foosball), beautiful living quarters, huge amount of room for family and multiple nicely updated baths. Paul, the host, was absolutely the most attentive accommodating person we have ever rented from. He furnished a variety of cereals for breakfast along with milk and juice and a nice selection of wines along with numerous other food items not usually found with any rental we've had. He went out of his way to get us an earlier check-in which was SO much appreciated. The home was beautifully updated with hardwood floors and a beautiful fireplace in a very comfortable living room. There were 2 eating areas - one off the kitchen for kids and a more formal dining area to sit even more family. The kitchen was large and modern and easy to work in. Everything was clean and comfy. This was one of the best places we've ever rented - kids and adults all loved staying here. It's also in a very nice quiet neighborhood yet only a few blocks from restaurants, grocery stores and parks. Thank you Paul for a wonderful vacation!! Hope to see you again.

We bought this property because it was centrally located in the DFW area and had a large pool. We like all the space the home has, and we have great neighbors. It is a quiet street with almost no traffic, so the area is very peaceful and quiet. We can take a short walk and get to a beautiful park. We take the grand kids to this park, and they love it. This quiet neighborhood is close to major freeways, and is very centrally located for easy access to all the great options that DFW has to offer.
