The great room of Sea Shells Beach House opens to the outdoor patio and pool and has cathedral ceilings with two lounging areas in addition to an entertainment center with surround sound and new flat panel LCD television with premium channels, digital reception and Apple TV 4K. The kitchen is stocked with all new supplies and small appliances commensurate with luxury standards, including a Nespresso machine, coffee grinder, abundant service ware, wine glasses, champagne flutes, martini glasses, top quality cookware, center-island wood table, expansive granite counters, dual dishwashers and sinks, and new Samsung French door fridge with ice maker/filtered water station.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own private en-suite bathroom and flat panel televisions with AppleTV. A convenient separate office provides a large desk, WiFi, office supplies and multi-function printer. There are two laundry centers. Use of the two-car garage is available.
The single level design of Seashells Beach House provides very comfortable living for guests with limited physical movement. This property can be enjoyed by guests using a wheelchair although it is not specifically outfitted for special needs.
Immediately south of Sea Shells at the Maui Ka'anapali Villas Resort is fantastic oceanfront casual dining restaurant and bar, Castaway Cafe, that serves up delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners. SPECIFIC RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS STIPULATED BY MAUI COUNTY AS A CONDITION FOR GRANTING SEA SHELLS BEACH HOUSE A SHORT-TERM (Vacation) RENTAL PERMIT/LICENSE:
- Quiet Hours From 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., During Which Time the Noise from the Short-Term Rental Home Shall Not Unreasonably Disturb Adjacent Neighbors
- Sound that is Audible Beyond the Property Boundaries During Non-Quiet Hours Shall Not be More Excessive than Would be Otherwise Associated with a Residential Area
- Amplified Sound that is Audible Beyond the Property Boundaries of the Short-Term Rental Home is Prohibited
- Vehicles Shall be Parked in the Designated Onsite Parking Area and Shall Not be Parked on the Street
- No Parties and No Group Gatherings Other than Registered Guests Shall Occur
- Occupancy is for 2 Guests per Bedroom
- Rental is for One Set of Guests (one family) at a time. Property is Not Rented at the Same Time to Unaffiliated Persons
