Spectacularly Remodeled 4 Bedroom Private Pool Home

Hi Rick, Thank you for sharing your experience. I have to say, we were shocked by your review! We take our guests satisfaction very seriously and understand the privilege of hosting your stay. If you had informed us that you were experiencing any issues we would have taken immediate action. When we performed the inspection before your arrival, the home looked to be in pristine condition. I'm sorry that was not your impression and I wish we'd had the chance to address your concerns during your stay. In regards to the golf balls, unfortunately staying in a home on the golf course does come with some risk but we are very sorry it negatively impacted your stay. You are only the second guest to have ever stayed in this home and our first guest made no mention of frequent golf balls hitting the house so we did not know to warn you. I hope you'll get the chance to visit our beautiful desert again soon and that you will have a much better experience the next time around.
