*Summer Air Conditioning Fee $50 per night from Apr 15 until Oct 31

*Pool heating charges: we record the gas meter at check-in and check-out to calculate usage for pool/spa heating. Costs vary based on usage, outdoor temperature, and heat settings.

*One form of official photo ID (passport or driver's license) is required for the primary guest.

*The Lead Tenant must be 25 or older (guests of the tenant may be younger as this is a family-friendly home).

*The Lead Tenant must be present/staying at the home for the duration of the stay

*The credit card used for payment must belong to the lead tenant

*We may request a primary tenant's email address, contact number, and age

*We may request full names of all guests, number of vehicles and full names of drivers
