In its current layout, this remarkably large home offers 7 bedrooms accommodations, 10 Beds, 4 bathrooms, 2 internal courtyards, a northern outdoor garden deck, and an array of distinct living areas designed for formal, relaxed, and teen leisure. FREE unlimited WIFI, Netflix, and free car space.

The house is equipped with all essential items and must-have kitchen equipment for short or long-term stays.

This spacious 3-level house is a warm, neat, and comfortable home with following features:
• A modern fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher... It's complemented by stone surfaces, as well as a pantry, all overlooking open-plan dining/living area. 
• Heating and Cooling
• A separate laundry room
• 2-3 driveway car spaces
• Beautiful resident garden oasis and outdoor deck
• An abundance of light and lush greenery
• The house comprises a total of 7 bedrooms served by 4 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet.

• The garage is not available to park in, as it is exclusively used for the owner storage and the cleaners' workshop.

• Please respect the noise curfew. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 9.30 pm and 7.30 am as most of our properties are situated in quiet residential streets which are noise sensitive. 
• WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $400 applies.
• On Tuesday nights, pull the council bins out to the nature strip kerbside for the weekly collection.
• All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you go out.
• Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights when you go out.
• Please keep the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost damaged or not returned to the lock box.
• Early check-in may be arranged (is subject to availability) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied.
• You’ll be provided an initial supply of toilet paper rolls, but this may not be sufficient for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
• Happy to discuss long-term or reoccurring bookings at a discounted rate, please contact me.
• The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.
• To maintain a mature and responsible environment, we have set a minimum age limit of 30 years old for bookings. This means that individuals under the age limit are not permitted to book.
• Instant booking with no reviews please send request first.
• Booking with no great reviews, we ask for a government photo ID, such as a driver's licence or your passport.
• No unregistered guests allowed. Please insert correct guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking.
• WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE!
• Excessive noise will not be tolerated; Noise audible outside the property is prohibited after 9.30 pm and before 7.30 am). You will be evicted immediately if we are called out because of noise complaints, disruptive behaviour or disturbance with no refund of rent and your security bond.
• Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $400 applies.
• Please leave the property in clean and tidy condition. Clean the oven and kitchenware after use, otherwise a fee of $80 will applied.
• All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you go out.
• Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights when you go out.
• Please keep the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost damaged or not returned to the lock box.
• ON Tuesday night, remember to pull the council bins out to the natural strip kerbside.
• Do not leave excess rubbish behind. Ensure empty all bins inside the house and take away all excess rubbish. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge applies if you leave excess rubbish behind.
• Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival.
• Early check-in is subject to availability and additional charges of $20 per hour fee applied.
• Parking is available either on the driveway or street parking, free and unlimited.
• Please be aware that a 24-hour security camera installed at the front of the house, facing outside for added security.
• We will provide with an initial supply of toilet paper rolls, but this may not be sufficient for the entirety of your stay. If needed, we recommend purchasing additional supplies.
• Happy to discuss long-term or recurring bookings at a suitable rate, please feel free to contact me.
• The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.

Property not clean and not of expected quality.
Please refer to the below conversation that I have sent to the property manager: Good morning Annika, thank you for the message. I wanted to pass along some gripes that we had with the property. When we arrived most of the doors downstairs were unlocked with insects that had come through. The living room on the middle floor has mosquitos and flies over the walls, several cockroaches and spiders. There were cobwebs that weren't cleaned/removed prior to our arrival, one of the kitchen lights didn't work and was flickering, there was no instruction for heating/cooling in the property and we were only able to sit out the unit in the main living room which also leaked water.. overall the house was ok but had run down vibe which is very disappointing. Also the spa in the master ensuite spewed "gunk" out of the jets as I was advised by the couple who had taken that room. There's a few other minor things but nothing worth mentioning. The house looked absolutely stunning in the photos and we were just disappointed with how it was presented. Kind regards, Mitchell Newcombe
