As of 07/20/2026 ~ Tennis, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, dock, pool, pool restrooms and laundry facilities and workout room are now available at this time.

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, pickleball, Bbq grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and Wifi internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.

6 beach chairs, a beach buggy, umbrella, cooler, floats provided. This unit features both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig machine.

1 pet no larger than 25lb, must have current vaccine records. $150.00 non-refundable pet fee to owner and a $250.00 refundable pet security deposit if no damages.

Please Note - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.
