The kitchen opens to a six-seated dining table and the main living area, where you can kick back and relax after a busy day out on the waters, with a flat-screen TV . There are two brand new recliners and a queen sofa bed for plenty of comfortable seating. Sleeps six. Just outside the living room is a screened lanai that overlooks the pond. The lanai faces west so if you don't have time to stroll over to the beach for sunset, you will be able to see the beautiful, everchanging colors of the sky as the day comes to an end.

The bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms are decorated with bright, beach-themed accents and offer the space and comfortable beds needed for a good night's sleep. Master bedroom has a king bed and the guest has a queen and a twin bed. Each room has its own flat-screen TV as well.

As of 07/20/2026 ~ Tennis, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, dock, pool, pool restrooms and laundry facilities and workout room are now available

Finally, the Runaway Bay condo community has a very large heated pool that you and your guests will be able to access. Also, tennis, pickleball, kayak storage and a bayfront sightseeing dock are for all to use.

Please Note - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.
