King Bed Comfort On Main Floor

Good day Jon, Thank you for the feedback regarding your stay at the Majestic Domain and hope that your Toronto visit was great. We sincerely appreciate every single comment you provide as it serves as a blueprint for our improvement plans. We are truly sorry to hear about the concerns you experienced but you should have notified us immediately while you were at the property. We communicated a few times during your stay but you never mentioned them. The A/C works perfectly and we are not sure why you experienced this issue. Maybe it was a simple matter of operating the controls of the unit and we would have been glad to come and assit as we live only 10 mintutes away. We will have the smoke detectors checked as well to see what might be the issue. When preparing for guests arrival, we spend a few days at the property getting things ready and we heard no bipping sounds to alert us. We want to ensure you that these concerns were not brought up by the guests who occupied the property just a few days before. Nevertheless, we apololgize for the inconvenience but please, inform hosts when issues exist. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us. Much Appreciated! Regards, In The Name of Kimbangu Kiangala Lumbu
