This retro cottage with a relaxed coastal décor offers simple 2 bedroom, pet friendly accommodation with ocean views just one street back from the beach front.

The Space:
Comprising two bedrooms (one queen bed & one double bed with single bunk bed above), bathroom with feature tub, kitchen, open plan living area & laundry.

The well-equipped kitchen retains its original rustic charm, and has all the cooking and serving equipment needed for family dinners or gourmet feasts. A Weber BBQ is provided to enjoy barbeques with a view from the back deck!

The sun drenched living space with timber flooring enjoys an ocean view & features a wide screen television, with HDMI-cable and DVD player. There is also a wide selection of family board games and videos in the TV console. A wide selection of books is also provided for your enjoyment.

Your well-behaved pet is welcome with prior approval. The deck is securely gated & the back garden is fully fenced.
The back deck provides an ideal spot to bask in the morning sun whist planning your day or to fire up the barbecue & enjoy an outdoor meal.

All bed linen, bath towels & free Wifi are standard inclusions. Reverse cycle heating & cooling. Surf Cottage is an ideal holiday retreat for a couple or small family.

Guest Access:
We offer 2 options for check-in.

1 - Meet on arrival: We would be delighted to meet @ Surf Cottage on arrival to provide a brief tour of the cottage & answer any questions you may have about Surf Cottage or our local area in general.

2 - Self Check-In: Surf Cottage @ Tuross Head has a key safe for 24 hour access. A code will be provided prior to arrival date.

The Neighborhood:
Surf Street is located just one street back from the ocean front. Easy access to the cycle / walking path which runs along Tuross Blvd down to One Tree Beach.

Getting Around:
Park the car and enjoy the sealed cycle & walkway which runs along the ocean front - providing easy access to the shopping center and beaches.

𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘀; Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet. A fee of $55 is applicable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet. Bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc. Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom areas.

𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁; A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Surf Cottage @ Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings. 

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀; Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund minus the booking fee. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days before the start will receive a 50% refund. The booking fee is not refundable. Upon cancellation, if within the cancellation policy’s time frame, if the guest has paid for their booking via card, the guest will receive their set refund minus card payment processing fees.

𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀; Guest numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 5 persons including adults & children.

A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.

Parties or events are not accepted at Surf Cottage. The property is non smoking internally.
