Hi Lacy, we want our guests to feel comfortable and welcome, so we’re sorry to hear that parts of the home didn’t meet your expectations. After sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to provide the following:- The basement, bathrooms, kitchen, and new carpet in the living room and hallway were renovated in late 2022.- The exterior, including the deck, dock, and house paint, was updated in 2020.The homeowner takes pride in maintaining the property and appreciates your comments as they continue to provide an inviting space for guests. Thanks again for your feedback, and we hope to host you again in the future!

From the owner: "Thank you for choosing our home and glad you were able to reconnect. I enjoyed hosting you and the family you left the home in great condition. Hope to host you again in the future."

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the security access process felt challenging. This is a gated community and requires a form to be completed at least 48 hours prior to arrival, as outlined in the check-in instructions, and we’ll review how this is communicated to make the process smoother. We also reached out to assist prior to arrival and provided gate and access details once received. The home is professionally cleaned before each stay, and all bedding is thoroughly washed and sanitized between guests, though we’ll follow up with our team to ensure everything remains up to standard. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve.
