This is probably one of the best houses we have stayed at on AMI. Was clean and the bed was actually comfortable. Most of the places we have stayed have less then great beds. The pool was cool and the lights are neat. The listing said something about the hot tub not having jets but it does just FYI. You are like less then a block to the beach access point so the local is great. Will definitely try and stay here again on our next trip back!

We had a lovely stay and will be back! The house and pool area were spotless. We had gotten in earlier than expected and were able to check in early. When we stopped to get our t-shirt, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We look forward to staying there again!

The perfect property for a family of four. Plenty of space and parking, pool area is phenomenal. 4 houses from the beach access. This area of beach is not crowded and the sunsets are amazing. Beach cart was especially useful. You are on a street next to some absolutely incredible homes. Great location close to Pine Ave. We will seek this property out again for our next visit, 100%.

This house excellent for our family of four, with two younger kids. Being seven houses from the beach on a dead end is street hard to beat! The host communicated very well and the place was very, very clean. We definitely look forward to staying again. The only item that someone may want to be aware of is the master bed. It's a very dated spring mattress, and has outlived its life and craters in the middle of the bed. Outside of that, the place has everything you need.

My family had a wonderful time in this beautiful, clean, conveniently located home! The pool area, inside the house, and the amazing large porch left us feeling at home, comfortable, and living our best lives. It was so easy to get to the beach (quick walk), our favorite coffee shops, cafes, and ice cream places. The home was decorated beautifully, equipped with everything we needed, and in the perfect spot!

Had a great time - property very nice. There is a stain on the carpet underneath one of the twin beds - we moved them together as my husband and I shared that room. Also - the dishwasher really struggles to clean the dishes thoroughly. We cleaned the food trap out so hopefully that helps.

Wonderful property on AMI

Property was exactly as described. Nicely furnished with everything needed for a fun and relaxing stay. Close proximity to several great restaurants. Beautiful and uncrowded beach is just a short walk away (street has no traffic). Be sure to make time to go and view a sunset - you will be glad you did. Can’t wait to go back.

We had an excellent stay at Island Breeze. The house was perfect for our family of 4. It was nicely decorated and we loved the open layout. The walk to the beach was super quick and they provided chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a nice wagon to pull which was convenient. The pool was perfect for the kids and it was such a fun hang out area for the night. Our house was clean, and I was impressed with the amount of pots, pans, containers, and plateware available for use. The beds were comfortable and quiet. The only complaint we really have was the air conditioner was very loud, especially when it kicked on and turned off during the night. The washer and dryer are also loud, so I wouldn’t recommend running them at night. Make sure to bring salt, pepper, and whatever other spices you need for cooking. Also, clothes pins would have been nice to utilize the clothes line. We were SO pleased with our stay, and would definitely rebook this home in the future.

Location is key

The only issue we had is we anticipated the spa to be operational like a hot tub since that’s the way it’s designed same temperature as the pool. Had a slight issue with the operation of the pool, the pump kicked out for a bit but the property management company acted fast. Loved coffee on the porch, loved the convenience of a short walk to the beach without crossing any streets, trolley pickup at the end of the street. Very very good location and plenty of room for a 2 bed 2 bath

Great location to beach. House had little amenities plan to go to the store for staple items.

The tiki bar was no longer on the property. They should upgrade the pictures on line. Also, house had very minimal necessities. Plan on a few trips to grocery store for paper towels, napkins, toilet paper etc. Shampoo/conditioner/soap were very small and would not last more than a day or two.

Hi, Thank you for your review! We have updated the photos. Unfortunately, the island took a big hit with 2 back to back hurricanes and we had to address all of our homes, so it took a while. Fortunately, the island and our homes are back and better than ever! Our vacation homes are stocked by our cleaning company with the basics to get your vacation started. In each bathroom, you will find two rolls of toilet paper as well as a small bar of soap and a trash bag in each trash can. In the kitchen, you will find a roll of paper towel, a large trash bag, a dishwasher tab for one load, and a small bottle of dish liquid. We appreciate your feedback and would love to hear from you on your next visit to AMI!
