Two bedrooms/ two baths upstairs. Master Suite with ensuite bathroom. Second Master downstairs with full bathroom and den/TV room with queen size pull out couch. Screened in terrace overlooking pool and canal. Flat screen TV's throughout the home. Five minutes access to open bay waters and ocean side. Close to great restaurants.

Great visit to Islamorada

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was very clean and perfect for what we needed. Enjoyed fishing off of the dock too!

Perfection in Paradise

We stayed a week with 4 adults and 2 kids, one under 2 and a teenager. We had plenty of room for all. The downstairs living space was perfect for our son and his family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We had a few visits from a manatee and its baby. Even a nurse shark swam around the dock. We fished off the dock all week. The location of the house was in a quiet neighborhood. Everyone was extremely lfriendly.

Beautiful Island Getaway

The home is beautiful. Beds are very comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our time here! The outside sitting areas are super comfortable and in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed being able to cook out, relax in the pool, and the private beach is gorgeous!

Fabulous islamorada vaca home

The house was exceptionally clean and well cared for. The pool and patios were a dream. Spent most of our time outside enjoying all the amenities. We will be booking again!

Gorgeous home in the keys

This home is adorable. So cozy, quiet, convenient. On the canal, your own pool, enclosed porch, minutes to a private community beach that very few people visited. Short drive to Islamorada and delicious restaurants. Hope to be back next year.

Amazing Family Vacation

We had the most wonderful time! We loved the home, pool, beach and the overall community. They have an amazing downstairs, perfect and separate for teens. Perfect upstairs space offers privacy for parents and allows for enough space to bring your whole family together for meals. The home is very private. Islamorada has amazing restaurants and a laid back atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

House was clean and had everything we needed. My son especially liked the downstairs suite. Property Manager was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay hear again.

Good house in great location.

Very pet friendly home with fenced in yard. Great built in pool. House laid out well. Many improvements made but still need to make a few more. ( ceiling fans throughout house and maintenance on the wood deck) Beach privilege on Bayside was enjoyable. Quick walk to fresh seafood market.

Great comfortable home

We loved this house. It is located on a quiet road. The house is on a canal, and if you are lucky you will get to see the local manatee! The house is newly renovated, well stocked and has very comfortable beds! It is fun to hang around the pool, barbecue, and dine outside! Adriana and Robert are excellent hosts who promptly address any issues that might occur. A+

Highly recommend this beautiful home

Highly recommend this property! We had a wonderful stay over the holiday week and were pleasantly surprised with how well this area faired during the hurricane. This home is beautifully decorated and Adriana has covered all the details to ensure a comfortable stay. Recently remodeled with coastal decor, great furnishings and a pool which was invaluable with the kids. The amenities in this property and the neighborhood (private beach, canal access, close to Islamorada restaurants and Marathon) are perfect for a Keys vacation. Adriana was responsive and a pleasure to work with. We will be back!

very nice well equipped property

This property had recently been completely renovated, and was very cozy and cute. We had a couple small issues during our month long stay but Adriana was right on top of everything and was a pleasure to work with. We have rented many houses in the keys over the years and this was the nicest and cleanest one to date with a great owner. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Epic vacation!

Our family really enjoyed our time in this beautiful home! Islamorada is a great city with a very 'hometown' feel...the people make you feel you belong there and are not a 'tourist'. We found the home to be immaculate...stunningly decorated (perfect beach décor)! The owners were WONDERFUL! They have provided everything you would need for your time, answered any questions we had...were VERY nice and personable! We renewed our wedding vows for our 36th anniversary...and couldn't have ask for a more perfect and beautiful place to do so!!! It is definitely a 'tropical' feel, without leaving the states! We will definitely be returning...and are blessed to call this our 'new vacation home'! The private pool was GREAT! Beach was private...water was stunning! Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Morales for creating and offering this wonderful vacation home!!! We wanted an 'epic' vacation...and we got it!!! Now...we can't wait to return!!!

Beautifully decorated home in a relaxing setting! The neighborhood is very quiet, away from busier areas, while still convenient to good restaurants, shopping, and activities.During our one month stay, we enjoyed all the indoor and outdoor living spaces this home offers. Adriana has tried to think of everything that guests need when she decorated her home. The downstairs living area/bedroom would make this a good rental for 2 couples or families with teens that want their own hangout. The pool and deck area are spacious with good areas of sun and shade, and the upstairs screened porch was the perfect place for breakfast . We did not have any major problems during our rental. Our questions and small issues were handled easily thru texting with Adriana, and on the few occasions I needed more info, phone calls were returned the same day. The Morales' truly made the effort to make sure that we did not have problems. If we had to find one area for a recommendation, perhaps a larger tv in the upstairs kitchen living area, in case guests want to watch from the dining room or sofa?Though it feels hard to list that as a complaint, considering all the bedrooms and downstairs family room are furnished with big new TVs! Make sure you make it over to the community beach for a great view of the sunsets( they even left a bike, in case you don't feel like driving over)!! Thanks Morales for a great month, already looking forward to next year!
