The Space:

𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘄𝗸𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁



Enjoy a flexible three-bedroom stay at Hawks Retreat for up to six registered guests. Choose any three of the five bedrooms below, with enough beds for your group, and tell us your preferred rooms when booking. The two unselected bedrooms remain locked.



𝗦𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀



Choose three of these bedroom options. Room numbers are the same throughout Hawks Retreat.



Bedroom 1 (upper level) - 1x King Bed

Bedroom 2 (upper level) - 1x Queen Bed

Bedroom 3 (upper level) - 1x Single Bed

Bedroom 4 (lower level) - 1x Queen Bed

Bedroom 5 (lower level) - 1x Queen Bed + 1x Single Bed (rumpus room)



𝗞𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴



The kitchen has electric cooking and a dishwasher. Complimentary Wi-Fi is supplied. The upper deck has an electric awning, and the lower deck has a gas BBQ for meals at home.



𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝘆



The upstairs bathroom has a bath, separate shower and basin, with the toilet in the adjacent room. The downstairs bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. A washing machine and separate dryer are supplied.



𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴



Reverse-cycle air conditioning is provided in the upstairs living area. The bedrooms have ceiling fans.



Guest Access:

Guests can use their three selected bedrooms, the kitchen and upstairs living area, both bathrooms, the laundry, both decks and the fenced backyard. The other two bedrooms remain locked. The garage, private ground-floor area and supply cupboard in the laundry are not available to guests.



Driveway parking is available for two cars, with one space behind the gate.



The ground floor has step-free entry. A full internal staircase connects the two levels. Stairs are not gated.



𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗶𝗻

Self-check-in is available using the lockbox at the property, so you can arrive at your convenience from check-in time.



If you prefer, we'd be happy to meet you on arrival by prior arrangement, until 4 pm Monday to Friday or 3 pm on Saturdays. We can give you a brief tour and answer any questions about the property, its features and Tuross Head in general.



Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am.



Early check-in or late check-out may be available as an optional extra, subject to adjoining bookings, housekeeping and maintenance requirements. Availability can be confirmed 24 hours beforehand.



The Neighborhood:

Hawks Retreat is on Grenville Avenue in Tuross Head, close to the village shops. Enjoy the local beaches and lakes, coastal walks, fishing, swimming and kayaking during your stay.



𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿 & 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱



Park the car and explore Tuross Head at your own pace. Walk or cycle along the local pathways and enjoy easy access to the beaches, lakes, cafés and village.



This property is approximately 700 m from One Tree Beach, 1 km from Main Beach, 200 m from the village shops, 1.9 km from Tuross Boatshed & Café and 1.5 km from the Tuross Head golf course at Club Tuross, on foot.



With Tuross Head's network of walking and cycling pathways, much of the village can be explored without getting back in the car.



Other Things to Note:

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• The home is arranged over two levels, connected by a full internal staircase.

• Stairs are not gated.



Bed linen and bath towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels and personal toiletries.



𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors.

• Parties and events are not accepted.

• Family bookings are welcome. Large group bookings are not accepted.

• No unregistered overnight visitors.

• Quiet hours are 10 pm to 9 am each day.



𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘀

Pets are not permitted at Hawks Retreat.



𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀

The three-bedroom configuration of Hawks Retreat accommodates a maximum of six registered guests, including adults and children. Guest numbers must not exceed the number stated on your booking.



Please include all guests when booking so that the total shown at checkout reflects the correct guest numbers and any applicable additional-guest charges.



𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆

A minimum stay of three nights applies, increasing to seven nights during peak season. Minimum-stay requirements are subject to change; please check the property calendar for your selected dates when booking.



𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘀

After booking confirmation, you will receive an automated message with a link to our Guest Registration and Terms Acceptance form. The form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance. It requires acceptance of the terms and conditions and valid photo identification. If the form is not completed within 24 hours, the booking may be cancelled.

𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• 51% of the total booking amount is payable upon booking confirmation. This payment, together with completion of your guest registration, confirms your booking.

• The remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in.

• For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the total booking amount is payable upon booking confirmation.

• If payment is declined on three occasions, the booking will be cancelled.



𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗲𝗲

A non-refundable booking fee of $55 applies to each reservation.



𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁

A refundable security deposit of $500 applies at Hawks Retreat. The deposit is held as a pre-authorisation against your card.



All security deposits are released within 48hrs unless withheld to cover damages.

Your booking is subject to the cancellation policy displayed on the booking platform at the time you book. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the cancellation terms that apply to your reservation.
