Ka Hale Lehua is located 200 feet from Hanalei Bay, one of the most spectacular bays in all of Hawaii. The beach access is literally across the street!
In the downstairs area of this charming Hawaiian home, you have two bedrooms and one full bathroom with a tub and a full size laundry. The kitchen features Koa wood cabinetry, a dishwasher, electric stove and everything you could need to cook a delicious meal. Enjoy a meal in the dining area or catch a game on the large Smart TV in the living room.
The first bedroom has a King bed and the seconf bedroom as one queen and one twin bed.
Upstairs you will find an exapnsive loft with a king size bed and full bathroom.
The covered deck with mountain views is a wonderful place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or and evening night cap. Recently updated with new furniture and decor, you'll feel right at home in this comfortable getaway.

The host company is great and the house had plenty of extra supplies (toilet paper, plastic bags for trash, sponges, soap) which made the stay much better than expected. The beach equipment shed was a real treasure and the location cannot be beat. I will take my family back soon!

Very cute and ideal location

Wish I could give it six stars

This was our first visit to Kauai, but our friend that joined us is a veteran and helped guide our lodging decision. This house, in the center of Weke Street and directly across from a beach access, is EXACTLY where you want to be. It’s an easy walk to anything in Hanalei without the traffic of the main drag, and the beach is steps away. Surfers park near the access during the day, but it’s not an issue; everyone was respectful of our privacy and no one blocked the driveway. The house itself is magical, we opened all the louvered windows and had a gentle breeze through the house. The layout is unusual in that the “loft” is really the master suite, with its own en-suite bathroom, and the two bedrooms downstairs share a bath, but we had just 5 people in a house that could easily sleep 8 if there were kids in the mix, so we all had plenty of room. The kitchen is well equipped and functional, the beds were very comfortable, the outdoor shower was a nice bonus, and the people at Na Pali property management could not possibly have been kinder or more responsive. Truly a memorable experience, no regrets or downsides, and I’d stay here again without hesitation. Mahalo.

Perfect location; great house.

We love the house. Plenty of room for all 5 of us, including our 3-year-old. Lots of beach toys and beach paraphernalia and towels. Outdoor shower and hoses helped with getting the sand off and rinsing off the seawater. Hanalei is a lively town with a delight friendly vibe. House is, as advertised, just a few minutes walk to the beach and about 7 or so minutes walk to the center of town. Lots of excellent restaurants and great food options at the food trucks. It DOES rain a lot this time of year, but we carried our umbrellas and did fine since much of the rain was intermittent and warm.

Absolute gem

I wish I was still there! We split our trip between the north and south shores, but my thoughts keep returning to our time in this house. It felt like an authentic cottage and was in the most perfect location across from a beach path and walkable to town. I was a little concerned that it would be outdated, but it was clean, spacious, well-maintained, and very very charming. Napali Properties was so fantastic too. Just an overall great experience. I am determined to return one day!!

Heavenly stay in Hanalei

Our family was so fortunate to spend a week in paradise at this lovely beach bungalow. I will never forget the comfort and serenity of this beautiful home, with the gorgeous backdrop of Namolokama behind, and the gentle surf of Hanalei beach just right across the street. This property was unbelievably perfect in every way, and our stay there was a dream come true!

Wonderful stay in Hanalei

This home was exactly what we were looking for for our family vacation! A traditional Hawaiian home with incredible views, a large yard, walking distance to the beach and to the town. We had a wonderful time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great locaction. 2 and half minute walk to beach and walking/biking distance to shops. Beds were comfortable, kitchen is adequate, although pans were old and teflon coated. Sitting area in house was good. Sitting on porch at table was not good, so we only ate outside once. Like the yard. Good outdoor shower. Plenty of room for parking. Washer/dryer outside but fine. Family has stayed here before and will stay here in the future.

Kauai House

This place was perfect for us. The size and location were just right. It was very comfortable and it easily slept 6 people. We only wished there were more pans, kitchen storage containers, and some basic spices, oil, paper goods. However, those are minor and we loved this place. We will try to come back here for sure.

Wonderful

This house was everything we needed. It slept all my husband and I and our 4 kids perfectly. Everyone had their own bed. The location is unmatched- right across from the cutest path to the beach. We were back and forth a lot (mostly due to the colder/rainy weather in April) and loved how convenient it was. We walked to the Main Street for shopping and food. We loved the older/cabin feel of the house. It’s not new or fancy but for the location you can’t beat it! We made a few meals in the well stocked kitchen, and had everything we needed. We also loved the hot water shower outside! Made it so easy to rinse off from the beach. And having a washer/dryer is a must for families. We would definitely stay again!
