Places such as Winslow’s Tavern, Wellfleet Marketplace, Gaa Gallery, Uncle Tim’s Bridge, and the amazing Wellfleet Farmers Market are all within a five minute walk from the property, and the Wellfleet Town Pier and Mayo Beach are within a mile.

The property is tucked away at the end of a dead-end street adjacent to Squires Pond and surrounded by woods for ultimate privacy. There is plenty of yard space to run around with the kids, get some yard games going, or play a few rounds of fetch with the family dog (additional fee required). Enter our large, white five bedroom colonial house to find a spacious and clean interior, full of character. The home sleeps eight guests very comfortably, has clearly been cared for, and with the addition of many new furnishings in 2022, you and your guests are sure to feel right at home.

The first floor features a living area with a new sectional couch and armchairs surrounding a brick fireplace (not for guest use) and flat screen smart TV equipped with live TV via a YouTube TV streaming subscription. There is a second living area - perfect for relaxing and reading a book or playing a board game - with an antique-style couch, rocking chair, coffee table, pellet stove, and bookcase with a variety of books and board games to choose from. Also on the first floor is an eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with all the tools you will need to cook up your favorite dish, as well as two bedrooms - one with a twin bed and the other with a full bed - and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Walk up the stairs to the second floor, where you will find two more bedrooms - the first with one full and two twin beds and the other with one queen and one twin bed, along with an additional room that includes a twin futon under a skylight. The separate in-law suite has a private entrance with its own smart lock, and features a queen bed, additional couch/armchair seating, TV, full bathroom with a shower and washer/dryer, as well as a deck with outdoor seating that overlooks the screened-in porch - a unique feature and highlight of the property. Surrounded by built-in screens that provide a constant flow of fresh air, the porch is a great place to gather with friends and family for meals, and with plenty of seating, including a dining set, outdoor living set, and hammock, there is ample room for everyone.
