Ocean view, large, , spacious newly remodeled home (2600 square feet), five bedrooms, three baths. Great for families and couples. 2 mins to a sandy beach Only 15 minutes from the border and two-and-one-half hours from Los Angeles.

Wonderfully comfortable for either summer or winter!...

...A quiet, private and safe relaxing vacation spot... in a gated residential neighborhood with a long sandy stretch of beach. Sleeps 12 comfortably. Master bedroom has king-sized bed and private, full bathroom. Two guest rooms have queen-sized beds. 4th bedroom downstairs has 2 full size beds with a private full bath. 5th bedroom has two bunk beds with a total of four beds in a single room. Full kitchen and dining room.. WIFI through out the house, Smart 55" smart tv, netflix

Steps to the ocean. Cool breeze makes air conditioning obsolete. San Diego weather, great for summer cool or winter warmth. Terrace facing the ocean. It is perfect for families with children, or for an all-adult getaway.

Great place to stay!

We had a great stay here. Hot water in the showers, well stocked kitchen for our group of 11 and comfy furniture. Definitely recommend.

Spacious Clean Home in a Private Neighborhood

Our family was very happy with our stay in Nov-Dec 2023. Pictures don't do the house justice - it is large and open, with 2 outdoor areas, one facing the beach - perfect for a morning cup of coffee. Very clean, and they have plenty of towels, dishes, etc. The host Yuri even sent me a list of restaurants and things to do in the area. Very safe neighborhood too! Would definitely stay again!

Misleading Listing - Great neighborhood but host

I don’t like to give bad reviews, but too many things went wrong with our stay to give this a good review. The host was very kind and flexible up front. However, once the stay began, we had several issues. * Check-in instructions were outdated and contained multiple errors. * The house was quite dirty when we arrived. One couch was covered in crumbs. We found a dirty plastic spoon on the ground. There was lots of debris on the floor. The kitchen table and counters were dusty when we wiped them off. * MANY items were not as advertised. Most notably, there was no hot tub and no foosball table. It is unacceptable to list something as major as a hot tub that simply does not exist. There also were plenty of misleading items like 150 DVDs (more like 15) and golf equipment (none that we saw). * The dishwasher did not work. * When we contacted the host about some of these issues, they offered a discount at a future stay at one of their other properties off of VRBO. When asked about a refund instead, they again offered yet another discount at another property. On the plus side, the house is spacious with lots of beds. The location is great and it’s a quick walk to a secluded beach that we had a great time at. I feel bad giving it a three star review, but I would want to know these things ahead of time as a fellow traveler. Ultimately, I removed one star for the cleanliness and another for the vast amount of misleading amenities.

Malibu Stay

I REALLY would recommend this property. Location is great. Beautiful house, PLENTY of space for everyone. We went down in January to celebrate birthdays. I would definitely book again in the future. But in the summer season.

Loved the ocean view, my grown kids all enjoyed the beach, my grandchildren had a blast. I actually enjoyed the beach, we all had a really great time.

Beautiful Rosarito home

Let me just start by saying, this home was better in person. My husband and I wanted to take our kids on a beach trip for his birthday so I looked for houses near the water. I saw this house and I assumed it was actually on the beach. It wasn’t on the beach but that was ok. It is a 5 min walk down to the water in a private community which made my husband and I feel safe. The community has a little corner store which we loved and even though it was pricey we bought some items from their to hold us off from going all the way to the market. The pictures from the house do not do justice. Up stairs is 3 Queen size beds and a “kids room” with 2 bunk beds. The second patio is facing the beach. It has all the vibes every morning to have coffee and enjoy a family breakfast. The living room has a nice comfortable couch… perfect for teens that DONT leave the house lol. The WIFI works great in the main area.. not so much in the bedrooms. My husband and I were confused because we didn’t find one of the rooms pictured in the ad for the house and I mentioned to him that I saw a door when you walk in but it was locked so we went down, tried the key and low and behold… a whole entire STUDiO was down stairs lol! This house was amazing. The other amazing thing is the owners. They are always in communication checking on if you arrived and making sure you are comfortable and upon check out they send directions on trash removal and what not. Overall I hope to rent this house annually.

Amazing Family Time

We had an incredible experience and stay, the comfort, cleanliness and safety was top notch. Yuri was available at all times and was always polite and answered all my questions. Our family had an amazing tome and we will definitely stay here again.

50th Bday getaway

I will start off with the not so good new.. this house is misguided. The address is not the correct one to the location listed and for some reason it was not given to us until I actually had to place a physical phone call and instructions were given over the phone. The house is clearly across the other Rosarito from address. The house was infested with aunts all in the kitchen, restrooms and in two of the bedrooms. Several of our guest from our party would be woken up by aunts crawling on their heads or bodies. I will say we all did an excellent job in cleaning up every night and not leaving anything out. Access to the beach was horrible and limited. Neighbors kept warning us to lock up all doors because although it was a gated community and security was present at the entrance there were ppl entering to the houses and two vehicles had been stolen from the area. Now for the good... I must say that the bar/restaurant owners around the corner were very welcoming and resourceful. The house was extremely spacious and had a lot of entertainment options. Kitchen was stocked with more than enough items and all much needed ,except for a bean smasher (odd for being in Mexico). I and other guest would of wanted to see more of the essential toiletries being offered except for hand soap. Oh I did mention to the people who we rented from that there were aunts all over and all was said was "I sprayed before your guys arrival" and gave me a thumbs up on my text.

Awesome property!

We really enjoyed our stay at This beautiful house. Everything was perfect. We took my wife’s family to Rosarito for the first time and they were pleasantly surprised. The house is huge and has everything you need. Location is perfect just steps from the beach. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Yuri for letting us enjoy your little piece of paradise!

Memorable Bachelor Party

We had a great time in Rosarito. Yuri was a awesome host. He responded right away and was very accommodating. The house is great for large groups. It is well maintained and clean. I recommend to visit the beach and especially Bullies the new restaurant by the front entrance, it is delicious. Everyone in the community is very nice and amicable. We felt very safe and comfortable. We enjoy the view, the , beach, and the food. We will definitely go back again.

Bachelorette Stay

My group and I stayed this past weekend for my sister's bachelorette party and loved it there. The house was beautiful, spacious, enough to accommodate 12 people, and right next to the beach. The house was in a gated community which made us feel safer, and the guards were nice and very helpful. There was also plenty of parking and restaurants and a small bar in the community. It was also a less than a 10 minute ride to Rosarito which was perfect. Becky's husband Yuri was the contact person and he was great in making sure that we had everything we needed and had a great weekend. The only issue was that we had a bit of a hard time finding the place, but Yuri was very helpful and staying there was totally work getting a little lost. We will definitely be staying there again.

Amaizing!!

To start Yuri is the greatest host! The house was not only super clean but beautiful as well. Family and friends could not get over the location and ocean view. Very safe gated comunity, steps away from the ocean, about 10min from down town rosarito. Yuri stoped and checked we had everything we needed,and we did! It might sound silly but my favorite thing about the house were the beds, they were so comfortable! Thank you for a great experienece Yuri, we will definitly come back!

Very Beautiful!

Myself and 12 other individuals had the most amazing time! We were blown away on how awesome the house looked and how close it was to the beach! Yuri was there to make sure we had everything we needed to have a great time and was very quick to respond to the questions that we had. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone that’s looking to make a trip down to that part of Mexico!

Great Place to Celebrate 40!

Booked this place on VRBO for my husband's 40th birthday. We had our 3 kids as well as a few other families with young kids join us on this trip and the house was perfect and spacious for accommodating so many people. It is well kept and up to date. Very beautiful. The balcony was a favorite hang out to watch the ocean, hang out and wake up too with a morning coffee. The location of the property is a plus in the sense that is it close to everything in Rosarito. Not only that, the community where it is located is beautiful and felt extremely safe. There is an open garden area right in front of the house where the kids spent lots of time playing. Also there were lots of toys, a fooze ball table and dvd's to help entertain the kids. I think our favorite part was the gorgeous and small private beach located within steps of the house. We felt like we had the place to ourselves! We watched beautiful sunsets; the kids played in the water which did not have rough waves; they climbed rocks and collected mussels from the tide pools. A bonus for the adults is that this beach is next to a hotel. There is a bar and restaurant right there and they come and bring you drinks. The hotel guests must use a different side of the beach because there was hardly anyone there. It was amazing! Yuri the owner was extremely helpful in providing recommendations on things to do and places to go during our stay. He was extremely communicative during the whole process even up until a week after our stay constantly checking in and making sure we had what we needed. We even got to meet him as he stopped in briefly during the stay to fix a burner and drop off some house supplies. The owners are very easy to work with and are extremely flexible. Overall, we had a wonderful weekend filled with great memories. We would definitely book this property again on our next stay.

Great Rental!!!

This was our 2nd time renting this property & I can't recommend it enough!! Great location, the house looks identical to the pictures posted, just bring your food & luggage, great little private community!! Excellent for small children, teenagers & adults!! Already planning our next trip there😊👍🏽

Perfect for Spring Break

My girlfriends and I rented this house for spring break and it was perfect! The first thing that impressed us about the house was how clean it is. I have rented other houses before and been disappointed. This was not the case. We wanted to be near the beach and local sights since it was our first trip to Rosarito. We were only a few steps from a sandy beach. (which was also private and clean) Also, Papas and Beer was only a mile away. We had plenty of parking, clean linens, and space to be comfortable and relax during our spring break. The view in the back overlooking the ocean was my favorite part because I was able to sit and read without being disturbed by the noisy city life. While we didn't have kids with us, (it was a quiet adult only spring break trip) one of my girlfriends was excited about the bunk beds in one of the rooms. She hopes to rent the house again and bring her kids. The room with the stackable beds is also kid friendly and there is a yard-like play area in the front of the house that she was happy about. Becky and Yuri made renting easy. They were and helpful. They were able to suggest yummy restaurants for us to eat at. Above all, they were honest. I can't wait to visit again. Better here than Las Gaviotas and San Antionio

This is our 5th time in Rosarito with our large family. In the past we would stay at large house in Las Gaviotas and San Antionio. Those house were average. . This house is wonderful and way better the other properties we rented in the past. The kitchens have everything for a turkey dinner. Beds were very very comfortable. Patio furniture is great for an outdoor dinner facing the ocean. All the kids had fun at the beach. We will come again.

The house was located in a great place we were able to get food, gas, water, etc. at very close proximity. Three families went on our vacation trip and we all enjoyed the house very much. The rooms and beds were great, the kids enjoyed watching the movies and playing xbox. The kids also enjoyed the private beach versus the public beach downtown. I would definitely recommend this property. I have already given the information to two people.

This house is absolutely worth the trip, very clean and spacious. We went with 5 couples and there was enough room for all of us. It was Great doing busy. Will definatly go again!!!

We love seeing dolphins from the kitchen window and living room. This is also a famous surfing area. You can watch surfing from the house. Body boards will be provided or bring your own surf board or body board. vb

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We bought this home in 2017, remodeled it, and added 2 additional bedrooms. We love the roomy yet cozy cottage feel of this home. Hearing the waves and seeing the ocean from the living room or while in the kitchen is something that we can never get enough of.
