The family-friendly Solnamara complex features a heated swimming pool and secure underground car park, plus access to patrolled beaches, BBQs, children’s playground and tree-lined walking path.

Please be aware that the Burleigh area is currently experiencing ongoing construction as part of the Gold Coast Light Rail expansion project. This work is taking place throughout Burleigh Heads and surrounding areas and may result in:

▪️ Changed traffic conditions or detours
▪️ General construction activity near some properties
While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. The project is expected to enhance transport access to Burleigh once complete, but in the meantime, minor disruptions may be present.
We’ve priced our properties competitively during this period to reflect these temporary conditions. If you have any concerns, please reach out before booking — we’re happy to provide more details.

Nice and Spacious Beach Front Apartment
We enjoyed our stay. The apartment has a good floorpan with plenty of space. The balcony has a great view of the beach across the road. Underground car parking was excellent. Overall building was very clean and quiet. Would recommend.

Lovely clean, modern apartment.
Solanamara was a very well kept modern complex with good security and lovely apartment with everything we needed for our stay. nice and roomy sunny and right across the road from the beach. was great having the pool for relaxing and cooling off... central enough to cafes restaureants and supermarket within walking distance.

Positives: Great location across the road from the beach, close to shops, restaurants, surf clubs. Secure apartment block with parking and pool. Negatives: Communication from the hosts and cleanliness of the property left much to be desired. Asked a few weeks in advance if a cot and highchair could be provided for my children, I was told yes and it would be 20 and 10 for the stay. A few days before our stay I messaged hosts to confirm and was told it would be 20 per night for the cot and there were no highchairs available. I was invoiced for the cot without me confirming acceptance at this higher price. In the end we didn't have a cot or highchair for the stay, and if we had known of the high cost earlier we would have just brought our own.Additionally, the apartment does have a laundry but when we went to use the washing machine we found it was covered in thick mould. Completely unsafe to wash anything in, let alone our baby's bibs and towels. I called the property managers to let them know and they advised they would have someone come and check it and provide new towels. However this never happened.So overall, it's a nice apartment with great views but there are many other options along the Esplanade that we would choose to stay at in future given poor communication and cleanliness.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the cot and highchair pricing, and for the inconvenience this caused your family. We have since reviewed our communication and pricing procedures to ensure all details are clear and confirmed well in advance of arrival.
We’re also very sorry about the issue with the washing machine. This is certainly not the standard we aim to maintain. Our housekeeping and maintenance teams have been made aware and have already addressed the concern to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
We do hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future so we can provide you with a seamless and enjoyable stay.
