We supply just about everything you will need in a suite - all pans, dishes, glass ware, a portable induction top burner, cooking, eating, & grill utensils, coffee maker & filters, toaster oven, water kettle, microwave, blender, 18 cuft Whirlpool refrigerator, all linens, blankets & pillows, beach towels and beach sheet. We also supply a hair dryer (less for you to pack!) and iron & ironing board, plus cleaning supplies.

Guests in the upstairs apartments use the downstairs laundry room on the back side of the house with nice Samsung washer & dryer..

The common areas include the on-site paved parking area, screened spa area for adults 17 years & older, garden, grill, outdoor dining tables & chairs, lounge chairs, covered pergola, gazebo, & clothes line, bikes, beach equipment & golf clubs. Bikes & beach equipment, etc. are in the garden shed in the back yard. These are respectfully shared by all guests of the house.

All apartments are non-smoking/vaping, except outside and no pets or animals are allowed on the property.

Green Palm Villa Vacation Rental Apartments are conveniently located just off beautiful McGregor Blvd. and within a 15-minute walk to downtown Ft. Myers. The downtown contains many restaurants, cafes, shops, bars & clubs for your enjoyment. There also are two parks downtown along the Caloosahatchee River & Yacht Basin, which is lovely for both children & adults. Downtown holds many special events, especially in the winter months for guests & residents. February brings a huge art exhibit downtown, as well as the Edison Pageant of Light Parade, and other events. Downtown also has a new public library, located at the east end of First Street.

The famous Thomas Edison, Henry Ford Museum & Estates are a few blocks away. We have a very nice Publix grocery store in the neighborhood, so food shopping is so easy when you arrive. Convenience stores, drugs stores & gas stations are close by and I-75 is about a 15-minute drive.

With all our apartments, we strive to make your vacation as pleasant as possible with our lovely garden & outdoor areas and our tasteful, comfortable furnishings. As owners living next door to Green Palm Villa, we are readily available should you need help with directions, etc.
