This brand new building is designed to maximise natural light in each apartment and features a sophisticated entrance, restaurant and cafes, a sky garden plus alfresco dining area on Level 16 for all guests and residents, and a resort style infinite pool with stunning city views!

Located in the vibrant centre of South Brisbane, our apartment is only minutes' walk from South Ban

The Entire apartment is at your disposal, some of our favourite features are:

- Floor to ceiling glass creates a sense of open space and maximise natural light while bring the outside in!
- Located on floor 15 with an open plan living and dining area
- Unlimited super fast Wifi and LCD TV with Netflix.
- A queen size bed in the master bedroom.
- Fully equipped Kitchen (including stovetop, oven, dishwasher, kettle, utensils and full sets of dinner wares etc.) and a open plan dining area
- Generously spaced lounge room with comfortable sofa
- A private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee/tea with a view.
- A well-maintained large bathroom with toiletries to freshen up after your long day of sightseeing.
- Private laundry service (Washing Machine & Dryer) available inside the apartment.
- Free secure underground car parking facility on site. (The carpark height is 2.1m)
- World-class building facilities including infinite edge pool, a sky garden plus alfresco dining area on Level 16; Common BBQ areas

- 20 min from and to BNE Airport by car.
- 30 min from and to BNE airport through direct Airtrain from South Brisbane Train station!
- 5 min walk to South Brisbane Train and Bus Station, you can get around Brisbane or travel to Gold Coast easily from the station
- It is within walking distance to West End and only minutes away from Southbank, the Queensland Museum, State Library and Art Gallery and the Brisbane Convention Centre. Find out what is on from their official websites!
- hundreds of shops, restaurants and trendy shopping centres such as west end shopping centre and fish lane are all within 10 - 20 min walking distance.

We use a KEY LOCKER self-check-in for our home. The Key Locker is near our apartment ( 500m from apartment entrance, approximately 3min walk) with 1 Set of keys inside, you can check yourself in anytime after 3pm!

NO PARTY RULES and QUIET HOURS

Our home is not suitable for parties and events. The neighbour will call either me, our local security patrol or the police if noise is excessive after 10pm.

Our quiet hours are 10pm to 8am on the second day! Thank you for your understanding and help in keeping a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood.

Check in instructions will be automatically made available to you no later than 1 DAY BEFORE your stay. It is a mobile app link which fits on iOS, Android, phones and tablets as well as desktop computers. We will provide you with 1 set of keys by default. If you require extra keys it is subject to availability. Key replacement and ordering can be very expensive for private apartments and therefore we will require a separate key deposit of $100 if you need extra keys! Thank you so much for understanding!

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS

We usually need at least a day to arrange cleaning and inform our cleaners special check-in requirements. If you have made a same day booking, we cannot ensure you a 3pm check in. However we will try our best to accommodate your request, therefore drop us a message before you make a last minute booking and let us know your planned arrival time!

EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS

Unlike hotels, we do not have an onsite cleaning service and our cleaners usually make their schedule a day before. We have a standard check in time of 3pm which ensures that our cleaners have enough time to make our home nice and clean for your stay! If you need an early check in, please contact me at least a day before your planned arrival day and we will try our best to accommodate your request! Unfortunately we will not be able to guarantee any early check in request on the day of your arrival, thank you for your understanding in advance!

LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS

We understand that sometimes you really enjoy your time here with us and would like stay a little longer! However, we sometimes have guests coming to stay on the same day you check out and unlike hotels, we do not have alternative rooms for them! Therefore it is important that all late check out requests should be made AT LEAST THE NIGHT before your departure to ensure that our cleaners have plenty of time to finish their work! If you need to check out after 12pm, an extra HALF DAY rate will be charged through Airbnb and the payment must be made on and before the night you check out for your request to be approved. We will not accommodate late check out requests on the day of your departure. Without a late check out confirmation, our cleaner will commence their work at 10am and they will have access to our property for housekeeping.

STARTER SUPPLIES

We provide all our guests with essential starter supplies to make your stay more enjoyable. Complimentary supplies include: 1 set of bed linens for each bed, 2 towels per double/queen/king bed, 1 towel per single/sofa bed, 1 tea towel, coffee + tea + sugar + milk, 2 toilet rolls per toilet, 1 bath mat, 2 hand towels and shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, bodywash per bathroom. There are also a few other cooking supplies provided in our kitchen. Please note these supplies are not intended to last for the whole duration of your stay but are provided to avoid the need to rush to supermarkets immediately after your arrival. If you need extra supplies, please arrange with us prior to your stay to avoid delivery costs! If you would like to request mid-stay supply delivery, please contact us and we are more than happy to help!

Please make sure to book for the actual number of guests so that linens & towels can be provided for all!

HIGH CHAIR and PORTACOT

They are both available upon request at a cost of $40 which can be paid through Airbnb. Once payment is received, we will arrange them to be set up for you. We provide regular sheets to our cot and it will be made for you. It is also recommended that you bring your own fabrics to protect the sensitive and delicate skin of your baby!
Before you book our place, please make sure you (The primary guest) have read the following terms and conditions. Upon reservation, the primary guest acknowledges that he/she has read and understood the following terms and conditions and they are responsible for the compliance of the rules by all other guests in reservations as well:

1. We have a strict no events/parties policy at this apartment. NO EVENTS or PARTIES can be accommodated at our house any time, that includes but not limited to birthday parties, hens/bucks weekends or other functions. A penalty charge of $1000 applies if it is found that our house is used for parties without us knowing.
2. Our quiet hours are between 8pm to 8am. If noise complaints from our neighbours received by us, we will first try contact you and resolve this issue with you first. If the situation is recurrent, a penalty charge of $100 minimum applies.We reserve the right to immediate terminate of your reservation and the rest of your payment will not be refunded.
3. Visitors are allowed during Daytime. Max number of visitors: 3. Inform us if you are having visitors.
4. No unruly behaviour to hour neighbours. Guests will be asked to leave if they engage into arguments or fights with my neighbours. If you feel our neighbours have offended you in any sort of ways, please contact us for resolutions first.
5. It is a requirement that the property is to be returned in a relatively good condition, which means at least you should empty the dishwashers, bag all your rubbish and dispose them properly.

I found it hard to get check in as i didnot received anything until room was ready. The was not enough blankets in the room. Spare bed had only one sheet not two. overall a great spot and close to everything. Just wished things we organised a bit better.

Well located property, clean but furniture quite tired, especially sofa, multiple blinds not working. Lacking a few essentials like corkscrew, bottle opener, tea bags.
