Everything looked great also as described. I loved all of the extra activity items in the fun garage. No need to go searching for our renting kayaks etc.

The house worked out perfect for our family vacation. The home was the most equipped we have ever stayed in. We always pack extra toys and kitchen wear, and it all stayed in the truck. Luckily the water level was perfect for our needs and enjoyment. The house was super clean and all the bedding and lines were in great shape. We certainly would recommend staying and hope to come again.

Wonderful Getaway

The house is beautiful. Very clean and well equipped with just about anything you would need. The location is so quiet and peaceful; we would definitely stay here again.

My family had a great 5 day stay. The house was clean, very well stocked with any and everything you could ever need, close to restaurants, beautiful backyard and river front. My grandchildren loved all toys and floats to use on the river, and the tree swing. The kitchen is big enough for a large family to work in and really well stocked. The house is quiet and relaxing. The host was wonderful and very quick to reply back to me. I also loved that I could bring my pup to enjoy vacation with the family. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. The view was beautiful and the house was comfortable and homey. The grandkids had fun with the toys and playing in the yard. Our adult kids had fun kayaking and visiting nearby vineyards. We will be back.

Spartan Race Get together

The stay was great. My friends had three kids among them, and we enjoyed the river and views of the area the most. The amenities for the water made it a very enjoyable experience for everyone.

Great place

Amazing vacation property... breathtaking views and river access!!!! The house is very clean and well organized. My family were overjoyed the stay. I will definitely recommend this place and hope to come back in the future.

Beautiful place!!

Check in and out process was very easy. The property manager is extremely responsive, and helpful with any questions. Absolutely beautiful property inside and out, and it has been meticulously taken care of.

Good place to Relax

Was here with my family and friends and we all had nice time. Great Location and Katherine was easily reachable. River access was great and the fun garage was totally awesome. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic weekend!

Fantastic time! Family had a fantastic time on kayaks and paddle board! Everything we needed was available! Super comfy!

Texas River Trip

Great location, friendly and responsive owner, very organized property and multiple water toys, canoes, kayaks and tubes were available. The furniture and bedding is outdated but besides that it was an overall great stay!!

Wonderful accommodations!

The Pearl Haus is the perfect getaway! We were in town for our sons wedding (just down the street). We enjoyed how well stocked and clean the house was. If you forgot anything they had you covered! Very spacious and well laid out. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We enjoyed the house very much! They thought of the little things that made our stay so enjoyable.

We loved our stay at the Pearl Haus! Plenty of room, lovely back porch and the kitchen was very well stocked with needed pots and pans etc. We have family that live in the area, so when they came over, there was plenty of room for all of us around the dining table. We would love to go back another time!!

Very enjoyable property

Nice river in the backyard but does not have beach. Ideal for kayaking and beach across the river front can be used if needed.

This was potentially the best VRBO experience my family and I have had ! We spent Labor Day weekend here and wish we could have spent even longer. The space was clean, comfortable, and very well-stocked. It’s perfect for a family stay (we had our 2 month old with us along with my sister, her husband, and their 3 y/o and 5 y/o). Can’t wait to come back !!

Fantastic house on the water! Quiet part of river, just perfect!

We brought boats and fishing gear. This house has everything else. They have thought of everything for a 5 star stay.

Such a great place!

We loved the layout of the house. There was so much room and privacy. Everything we needed to play in the river (from beach towels to toys) was provided. The back porch was a great place for morning coffee and evening card games. The river was beautiful and relaxing. We recommend Pearl Haus to anyone visiting the Hill Country.

Quite, fun and relaxing retreat

This is a beautiful property steps away from the river, a spacious and lovely home. We had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was easy to reach and quick to reply. The outside space was great you could lounge out on the large covered porch or play games on the tiered lawn or by the river bank. It was a great place to be together and relax. We had a great experience!!!

Loved the water toys

We greatly appreciate that the host shared their water toys with us. Being able to kayak and paddleboard on the river without the trouble of rental equipment logistics was a great benefit.

Great House

It's a very clean house that had everything we needed for a fun family meet up for the weekend. There were plenty of toys for everyone in the fun garage, and the kayaks were a nice extra to use on the river. The water was a great level for our kids to play in, and there was plenty of outdoor space to hang out and play.
