There is a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with microwave, ice maker, and keurig coffee station plus beautiful sink and granite countertop. Living room with BIG LED HD TV premium cable and wifi. Handicap access at the front door. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and small family groups although young children are not recommended as the street has alot of daytime business traffic and there is no front yard so limited space between the front door and the road although there is enough space to park 2 vehicles nose-to-tail.

This apartment does have a business office above and there is the potential for late-night noise such as walking or occasional other movement noises until late-night. A quick text to us though can reduce or end that usually.

This GREAT LOCATION is a short ride to all of Nashville's popular destinations and a short walking distance to two great local restaurants. Long walking distance to a few others!
