Ocean Sands is located on the soft sugary sands of Madeira Beach, and features a resort style heated pool with hot tub, covered parking, secured building, and upscale landscaping all around. You will be in walking distance of some of the best restaurants in town, as well as just a short trolley ride down to Johns Pass Village.

The over-sized private balcony gives spectacular views of the oceanfront, where you’ll get a front row seat to the dolphin’s playground and the famous Gulf of Mexico sunsets.

Relax and enjoy the large master suite with balcony access overlooking the white sandy beach and cool Gulf breezes. The master bedroom features a King size bed, plenty of closet space, and a private en suite bathroom with shower/tub. Beautiful Ocean View Condo

It was exactly as seen in the pictures presented, beautiful condo, location, and views of the ocean. Shannon was extremely helpful and made check in and out easy. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Stay

Had everything we needed for a family of six, including four kids 11 and younger. Beautiful views, comfortable beds, amazing showers and all the touches of home. We very much appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and toys available for our use, and the kids loved the pool. We would love to return!

Very nice unit represented as listed. Clean with newer appliances and beautiful view. Great location, no need for shoes to hit the pool or beach. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our week there! Has everything you need plus more! The beds are super comfy lots of space and a great work space for us remote workers! Thank you for having us. We are preparing our next calendar trip and will be booking with you again for a warmer month:)

Beach time

Excellent location and experience. Start the day with a cup of coffee overlooking the gulf. Finish with a glass of wine watching the sun set. All great in between!! Excellent host and communication.

Great condo

Very nice unit, clean and exactly as pictured. Master bedroom mattress is a bit soft but otherwise everything was great. Properties pool is large and nice too.

Perfect beach trip

This beach condo was perfect! Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and entertainment. The condo is equipped with everything you’ll need including beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and coolers. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the balcony has lots of seating for an amazing view of the beach! By far the best beach rental we’ve ever stayed in! We hope to be back next year!!

Enjoy Beautiful Sunsets from the balcony

For a family of four this is the perfect place to stay, you could even bring a friend or two with all of the extra space! Very friendly condominium with super easy beach access. The condo itself offers plenty of space and has everything you would need to feel at home. It is in a great location were you can walk to shops and restaurants or a short drive to plenty of others. Communication with the host was extremely easy. I am confident we will stay here again if available for our next beach vacation.

Perfect Stay

I recently stayed at this stunning beachfront condo, and it was truly the perfect escape. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the breathtaking ocean views that stretched across. The floor-to-ceiling windows allowed natural light to pour in. The condo itself was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with every amenity imaginable. The open-concept kitchen had every appliance and everything I needed to cook and enjoy meals while watching the sunset. The bedroom was serene and comfortable, with plush linens and a balcony that made waking up feel like a dream.The best part? Stepping out onto the private terrace and being just steps away from the soft, sandy beach. Morning walks along the shore.

Best Rental Ever

First the view is amazing, watching dolphins and sunsets every day while sitting on the balcony. Madeira beach is a great area and the beach and building and pool area are very clean and well cared for. The condo is very comfortable and has everything. Imagine a rental with everything and double it. Kuerig and drip and French press. 2 foreman grills, 2 coolers, 2 blenders and a nutribullet, beach chairs,umbrellas everything. The beds are very comfortable. Great furniture The owners were great to deal with too. Answered questions very quickly and were extremely helpful. The only slight negative is the building has no bike rack and doesn’t allow them locked in the parking lot so you have to bring them to the balcony or leave on your car bike rack. You may want to rent them here for the day rather than bring your own. Overall I would definitely stay here again. We had a great experience.

The overall property was nice and clean. The specific unit was partially updated, the kitchen was nice, bathroom sinks updated shower door old and outdated partial door.The downsides were hot and cold water mixed up, lost hot water every shower, and furniture old, and decor dated. There were no closet doors, they were removed but tracks still there. Overall unit was clean and property owners did respond to hot water issue the first time but did not fix issue just reset breaker.

Paradise On Madeira Beach

The minute you walk into Shannon’s Condo, you know you have made a great choice. Entering into our Kitchen we were greeted with a very nice Covid friendly welcome basket that included all sorts of sanitizing supplies & a nice bottle of Persico that made for great Mimosas. Our first order of operation was to make a cocktail and sit out on the very large picturesque deck. Within 10 minutes we spotted a dolphin playing in the water right in front of us, once again confirming we were off to a great start. We planned that during the duration of our two weeks stay we would cook many meals in. The appliances and kitchen accessories supplied making cooking in a very easy task. Including cooking a prime rib for dinner and fresh Grouper from the fish market down the street. A worry many people have with any rental is how conformal is the bed going to be. I already admitted we had a cocktail, but each night we opened the large bedroom slider, listened to the waves, laid our bodies on the bed and it was lights out. The master bedroom is spacious with a large walk-in closet and lots of dresser space. We never used it, but it also has a large television for your viewing pleasure. Shannon also makes sure you are supplied with chairs, a large beach umbrella and all possible accessories required to walk out on the gorgeous beach right in front of your condo. We spent most of our time viewing the beach from our very favorite part of the Condo the huge wonderful deck. The deck includes a love seat, comfortable chairs, tables, a dining table with chairs and more. We plugged our music in outside and were convinced we had found paradise. Being this condo was so well organized and stocked we only had to contact Shannon once with a question and she was super-fast to text us back with the proper answers. This condominium complex is a beautiful, quiet (no party) complex located close to restaurants, grocery stores and probably anything else you would want within a short walking distance. We loved our stay and would most definitely stay again.

Great Trip

Had a great time. Even when the AC went out Shannon and her family took time to come and buy a room unit to keep us cool until the contractor could get the place fixed. Thank you for your place and your hospitality. I would recommend this place and these owners as hosts to anyone.

Beautiful Condo, Gulf Front = Magnificent View

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful Condo, ultra modern renovated well stocked kitchen with great appliances and counter space, comfortable bed, pillows and sheets, 2 sink master vanity, spacious and quiet condo overall, terrific full size new washer and dryer. We ate dinner several nights on the balcony with the magnificent sunset view. Friendly neighbors, heated pool and spa. Plenty of available chaise lounges. Easy beach access too and next door to the Snack Shack for breakfast, lunch and more sunset. Reserved parking space close to the elevator. We have already booked our return for 2019.

Lovely, Elegant Space with Epic Gulf View

I have family in this area and have stayed in many places up and down the beach, but have just discovered there's nothing like renting a condo for a relaxing vacation. This space has new laminate floors that look like hardwood where there isn't tile. Counter surfaces are marble, and the colors are light and warm with one orchid colored bedroom and a neutral master. Gorgeous silk drapes 'disappear' to open up that VIEW! There were 2 stormy days during my vacation and they were as beautiful as the clear days from this vantage point. SECURE building and pool, nice neighbors, convenient trash chute and full-size high efficiency washer/dryer made this trip effortless. The exchanges with the owner were clear and to the point and everything you could need is provided, from sheltered parking to a French press in the kitchen. The only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because both beds were too firm for me and I didn't sleep well the whole time I was there. Also, a man used a loud leaf blower to clean the decks outside at 9 in the morning, once on a Friday and once on a Saturday. I found that very early for vacationers on a weekend. I'd have given 4 and 3/4 stars if I could because these were pretty minor annoyances compared to everything this place offers. BIG pool and hot tub, both sparkling clean, just a few young kids during my stay, all perfectly behaved. I'd live here if I could! I can't imagine being disappointed in this space.

Excellent and Perfect Location

To begin with Shannon was a great host. Shannon responses to our questions were very prompt and very easy to work with. The location could not be any better with restaurants, grocery store, CVS pharmacy and misc. shops all within walking distance. The condo is great with plenty of room and a terrific view of the gulf of Mexico. The unit and the complex was very clean and well kept. The best recommendation we can give is that we booked this unit for next year before we left this year. Can't wait to get back.
