Our condo is perfect for your family beach vacation with private beach access and a priceless view over the Gulf of Mexico. The building amenities include a beautiful pool and hot tub, Tiki Bar, shuffleboard, lounge chairs and a charcoal grill. The condo is located on the 9th floor accessible by elevator and has one assigned covered parking spot.
The condo is very well maintained. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, a king size bed in the master bedroom and a full size bed and daybed in the second bedroom. 1 bathtub/shower in the master bath with a walk in closet and a shower in the guest bath. TV’s are in each bedroom and living room with cable ( small bedroom has a fire stick only, no cable) and WiFi throughout. The master bedroom and living room have sliding glass doors to walk out to the balcony with a beautiful ocean view. We have bed linens, towels and beach towels for your convenience. The condo also has a washer and dryer. Walk to shopping and restaurants and just a short drive to John’s Pass. Sorry pets are not allowed for visitors. No smoking. The condo owner’s association requires a minimum two week stay. Please reach out with any questions you may have, we will get back with you quickly.

Excellent Beach Condo - Spectacular Sunsets

Property is ideally located and the condo is updated appropriately, clean, well stocked. Heated pool with hot tub for complex, very friendly guests, extremely helpful owners and excellent location!

Immaculate

The condo exceeded my expectations; extremely clean and well-equipped for my family of five to have an amazing 10 night beach vacation. You can tell there has been a lot of thought put into making this a home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a meal. There is plenty closet space and storage. They have done everything to make for a comfortable stay. Communication with hosts was incredible, as their response time was extremely prompt. I will be looking to book in the future.

Property was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Located right on madiera beach with ocean views. Nice large pool and hottub on the property. Location is perfect, walkikg distance to restaurants, grocery store, shops an pharmacy. I would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic!

We spent two weeks at this property and we have to say it was most enjoyable. Everything you need is provided. More than enough room for two adults, comfy bed and great sunset views from the patio. Location is also great with grocery shopping close by. This condo complex is well taken care of. Since the storms in the fall of 2024 they have done major repairs and everything is just about completed. The landscaping and the pool area are well looked after. The owners of this condo were very responsive to any questions we had. We will definately return for our next beach vacation.

Great Experience

We had a great 2 week stay at the condo! All of the communication with Andrea was great and very responsive. This is located in a great area to be able to go to multiple places and restaurants. We will def be back!!

This was a really nice condo. We stayed for 2.5 weeks and had a wonderful time. The pictures of the unit are accurate, the condo has been updated and is very nice inside. The kitchen is stocked and loaded with everything- including a drip and Keugig coffee pots. Also the kitchen has all pots/pans/bowls and kitchen gadgets/utensils you'll need. The master bedroom again has an updated look and the king bed was very comfortable. The condo also has beach equipment for you to use..including 4 chairs, umbrella, small soft sided cooler, medium/large hard cooler with wheels and handle to pull, fishing pole, some beach/sand toys, and plenty of beach towels. The 9th floor balcony is incredible..we saw dolphins every single day. A small but nice thing is the assigned parking spot the unit has. It's the closest to the door to get inside. And also while most of the parking spots are arranged with two cars next to each other, this unit has a single space, so no chance of anyone dinging your car. The condo is located within a 2min walking distance of CVS. And there's a Publix and Walmart within 3 min driving distance for convenience. Lastly I contacted the owners 3 times before my stay and Andrea got back with me very timely within 30 minutes clearly answering all my questions I was asking. I was very impressed with her getting back with me. Overall if you are thinking about staying in Maderia Beach I would definitely recommend this condo.

Beautiful Condo right on gorgeous Madeira Beach

Stayed in this condo for 2 weeks and it was amazing. Owners were great to deal with - only had to deal with them prior to arrival as there were absolutely no issues while we were there. The condo is VERY WELL equipped with EVERYTHING you need right down to beach chairs & umbrellas, beach toys, air mattresses, a beer/wine fridge, washer/dryer etc. The building itself (Ocean Sands) is very well maintained and has night security. We have stayed at various units in Ocean Sands over the past 13 years & this unit was definitely the cleanest, most well kept and tastefully decorated of any we've stayed in - very comfortable. The electric shades on the deck came in handy as there were a few days it was really hot and a few nights where the wind off the water was cool so they gave us some shelter. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning, enjoying our morning coffee and newspaper, watching the dolphins swim by. The beach is beautiful and the weather was amazing while we were there so we spent most of our days on the beach and our nights on the deck having dinner and watching the amazing sunsets. We walked across the street to The Brown Boxer one night and it was a great spot - good music, great food & trivia. We also spent several mornings and a few evenings down at John's Pass. Lots of great shopping & restaurants. If you are heading to Madeira Beach - where you will see some of the most beautiful sunsets of your lifetime - and are looking for a clean, well-equipped, comfortable condo, look no further, this is the place!! We started talking about our return trip next year within days of coming home....can't wait to go back!!

What a beautiful condo! It is clear the owners care that their guests enjoy their stay. The kitchen is well stocked. There were beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys. There was plenty of bath towels, washcloths, and beach towels. The condo was spotlessly clean as was the building and pool area. The balcony is huge and has plenty of seating. The owners have taken a lot of care in stocking everything. We didn’t need to buy paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, laundry detergent or trash bags. The private beach has plenty of room and the pool is big with lots of seating. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. We had a perfect stay!

Elegant, quiet and comfortable condo

Elegant beachfront condo with beautiful views and an excellent location. The condo was very well maintained and stocked with essential supplies. If you are interested in walking, there are a number of really good restaurants within a 15 minute walk and a Win Dixie grocery 5 minutes away.

Best time ever !

We stayed for 2 weeks and have no complaints at all! We love the area, so easy to travel to other areas of Florida and get back for a gorgeous sunset. The tropical storm didn't even ruin our fun! The owners & Becky our contact are super!. Already going back!

This condo exceeded our expectations!

This was our first experience with vrbo.com and we were extremely pleased from start to finish. The owners are very helpful and answered all our questions timely and efficiently. The process of doing the proper paperwork and making payments was smoothly completed. Being met at the condo on arrival was great as we had a lunchtime flight and didn't have to wait for a 3:00 check in to start our vacation. The condo itself is extremely clean, the kitchen has everything you could need, the laundry in the condo is very convenient and all the extras (beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys for the children, cooler bags, condiments in the fridge and wine/beer fridge) were amazing, we have never seen this in any other condo we have rented. The master bedroom has a wonderful view, great walk in closet and bathroom. Our children had their own bathroom and enjoyed their own spacious bedroom. The best compliment is to say that we would have no hesitation to rent this condo again, it would be a pleasure to do so. Thank you so much to the owners for sharing their beautiful condo with us. We have wonderful fond memories of our family vacation!

Outstanding Condo

My husband and I have been coming to this area for almost 13 years and NEVER have we stayed in such a lovely and comfortable condo. The owners have literally thought of every little detail to ensure this is truly a "home away from home". While that may sound cliche, and we read it in many descriptions on the VRBO website, it is defintely a fact for this condo. The place is beautifully appointed, yet extremely livable. The pictures give you a taste of what is to be expected, but just don't do it justice. This was also our first time staying at the Ocean Sands complex and again, we could not have been more pleased. Thank you for making our stay even more enjoyable!

Exceptional Condo!!!

Wow, what a stunning condo on Madeira Beach. The owners have thought of every detail and amenity to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The unit is decorated with impeccable taste, is spotless and extremely well maintained. The view of the sunset from the balcony is outstanding. The location is fantastic, only a very short walk to the grocery store and pharmacy. It was a pleasure dealing with the owners and the contact people in Madeira Beach...they truly care that you have a fantastic vacation! The test is, would we go back? YES! We are already planning our next stay and we will definitely recommend this unit to our family and friends!

What a view!

We had a wonderful time at your condo. It was beautiful and we felt very comfortable staying at your lovely beach condo. The view was spectacular and we really enjoyed having our morning coffee sitting on the large balcony watching the dolphins swim by. The view of the ocean from the living room and the master bedroom was beautiful and we loved going to sleep with the sound of the waves. We hope to return again someday!

Live in Style on Beautiful Madeira Beach

Our first impression when we entered this condo was that we were in a Model Home. It is like something out of a magazine. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay here feel like your second home. We are so tired of renting condos that look like they were decorated from yard sales. Not here. Truly a beautiful condo on the 9th floor facing the Gulf. Enjoy a glass of wine while watching those beautiful sunsets from the comfort of your balcony. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, with a view of the gulf. Open the sliders next to the bed and listen to the sound of the waves while you sleep. The kitchen has all you need if you want to exercise your culinary skills. The living room is comfortably furnished and has cable with a DVD player and large flat panel TV. The condo also has broadband internet with Wi-Fi installed so you can keep in touch with your facebook friends. We have a Roku device that we used to download videos on demand from Netflix and Amazon over the internet with no problems at all. The condo complex itself appears to be one of the nicest in the area. The pool and spa are second to none on the beach. Did I say beach? The beach is beautiful and stretches as far as you can see to the north and south. Plenty of chaise lounges around the pool so you never need to worry about missing out. The owners are wonderful to work with and have local relatives to assist you with any issues that might arise. We highly recommend this condo for its showroom condition, location on a beautiful beach, and its close proximity to Clearwater, St. Pete and Tampa and a wide variety of restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful condo

We have just visited this beautiful condo and can't tell you how excited we are to spend our vacation there next year. Everything in this unit is first class, from the furnishings, the appliances and the general decor to the linens and towels. It is bright and clean and freshly painted and will be a pleasure to stay here. The owners and their representatives have been wonderful to work with and are extremely nice people. We are looking forward to having a rental agreement relationship with them for many years to come. We can't say enough about what a pleasant experience it has been to see this condo and deal with such wonderful people.

We, Jon and Andrea Cline, would love to share our incredible beachfront property with you. My wife was born and raised in Germany, were we met and married during my 8 year expatriate stay in the Dusseldorf area.
I (Jon) was born and raised in St. Petersburg and after many years working abroad (Germany, Toronto, & Chicago) we had the opportunity to buy the condo as a stopping point for vacations and visiting the family. We have recently re-located to our "forever home" in St. Petersburg. Together we own and manage our property so you will always deal with the owners. We take pride in keeping our property in great shape and love to share it with our guests. We have multiple returning guests (our own snowbirds) and now that we live in the area find ourselves using the condo much less. We would now like to share our place with new guests.

Madeira Beach is a quieter beach that St. Pete or Clearwater, but has all the requisite features you would want during a beach stay. We are close to everything you need with restaurants and grocery shopping within walking distance. We believe that Ocean Sands is the best condo property in the area, we think you will agree.
