Seaview Yallingup—Nature & Spa Sanctuary

Nestled amongst native bushland with distant ocean vistas, this elevated sanctuary blends wellness, comfort, and nature. Unwind beside the striking stone fireplace, prepare family favourites in the chef's kitchen, or embrace the dedicated spa amenities, including a sauna, ice bath, and hot tub. The Space:

Perched in an elevated bushland setting near Meelup Regional Park, this contemporary coastal home pairs refined styling with warm textures and generous open-plan living. Expansive glazing fills the interiors with natural light while framing tranquil treetop outlooks and filtered glimpses of the ocean beyond. With walking and biking trails leading to Castle Rock and Meelup Beach just moments away, it's an ideal base for both adventure and relaxation.



The spacious living area centres around a stone fireplace, offering a cosy place to unwind after a day exploring the coastline. Comfortable seating, a smart TV, and large sliding doors create an effortless connection to the expansive alfresco entertaining area. At the heart of the home, the chef's kitchen features premium appliances, an oversized island, and ample preparation space for shared meals, while the adjoining dining area opens onto the patio with a barbecue kitchen, retractable awnings, and generous seating for relaxed outdoor dining throughout the year.



Wellness is woven throughout the experience, with an infrared sauna, outdoor ice bath, and spa creating a private sanctuary immersed in nature. Begin the day with coffee on the deck, soak in the spa after visiting nearby beaches and wineries, or gather around the fire pit beneath a star-filled sky. Three beautifully appointed bedrooms each feature a queen bed, while a fourth bedroom offers two single beds. Two full bathrooms cater to the home with ease, including one with a freestanding bath for a leisurely soak, complemented by an additional powder room for added convenience.



A dedicated laundry with a washer and dryer comes in handy for longer stays, while air conditioning, ceiling fans, and the fireplace ensure year-round comfort. Parking is available on the driveway.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves, except for the garage, which is not available for use. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Perfectly positioned in Eagle Bay, this peaceful coastal retreat places you within easy reach of some of the Margaret River region's most celebrated beaches, walking trails, wineries, and dining experiences. Spend the day swimming or snorkelling at Eagle Bay Beach, explore the scenic trails through Meelup Regional Park to Meelup Beach and Castle Rock, or visit nearby favourites including Wise Winery, Eagle Bay Brewing Co., and Meelup Farmhouse. Dunsborough is around a ten-minute drive away for cafés, boutiques, supermarkets, and additional restaurants, while the surrounding coastline offers endless opportunities for kayaking, fishing, and whale watching in season.

Guest Numbers & Gatherings

This home is for registered guests only. No additional visitors, events, or gatherings are permitted. Occupancy is monitored via Minut sensors (common areas only) and entry cameras. Breaches may result in cancellation, loss of bond, and reporting to the booking platform.



Noise & Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

A Minut noise monitor (no audio recording) alerts us to high noise levels. Ongoing issues may result in booking cancellation and bond forfeiture.



Firewood

A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.



Leavers

We are currently not hosting Leavers bookings.



Rental Agreement

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
