* Per Sunset Beach condominium rules his condo allows no more than 4 non-related persons to occupy the property at one time. Although the property sleeps a maximum of 9 the occupants must not have more than 4 unrelated guests staying at the property. Guests will be required to complete and return a status form upon booking.

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
