Overall great experience. Hosts were very communicative and welcoming. Property was peaceful, fun to explore and had lovely farmhouse charm. Appeared just as the pictures. Loved having multiple porches outside and lots of games for inside too. Note that the king bed is upstairs with lower ceilings, and couch & chairs a little smaller if you’re taller/ bigger people (as we are). Otherwise great convenient spot if you want to spend time in South Haven or Saugatuck. Would recommend!

Great Place!

This house was a very cozy cute place to stay. The beds were super comfortable, very clean, and there was so much room for our dogs to roam around and play with.

Great Place to stay!

The farmhouse was a great experience. Our family had a great time on the farm and the it's location was great....very close to the beach! The place was very clean and well kept. Will be back for sure!!

Great ptoperty. Had a lot of fun playing croquet, sitting by the fire, and playing air hockey. Property is located near many restaurants.

South Haven-North Sky Farm

We stayed at this charming farmhouse (North Sky Farm) in South Haven, MI for a long family weekend. Our extended family stayed at a larger property in Pullman, MI not far from North Sky Farm. We (husband, mom, and I) needed a place that could also host our elderly dog. The farmhouse had everything we needed and more. The owners were very communicative during our entire stay, and the check-in/out process was a breeze. I agree with other reviews that the upstairs needs better cooling, but it was not an issue for us. The energy of the farmhouse felt inviting, comfortable, and relaxing. I would recommend this “gem” – great location and owners who care.

You're right, getting the temperatures just right in an old farm house can be tricky, which is why we urge guests when they're checking in to set the downstairs temperature 6-7 degrees lower than what you want the upstairs temperature to be. Most of the time, this does the trick. We're glad you appreciate our "gem" as much as we do!

We had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse. Check in was a breeze and the owners were easily accessible. It was the perfect space to unwind in and we loved all of the details of the home and reading about the history of the property. It's clear that the owners take pride in this special place!

Perfect little get away that is very close to town and the beach! Cozy farm house that has a big yard and fresh blueberries. The house has everything you need for an extended stay. 5 stars!!!

This is a beautifully restored farmhouse with all the modern amenities. Our family enjoyed picking fresh blueberries from the field and playing lawn games. The location is convenient for downtown South Haven and just a short drive to Saugatuk

Very nice property

The property was clean and manager was accommodating. It was enough room for everyone. The game room/laundry room was a bit with the kids. Plus, the outdoor area was terrific! Overall, we were pleased with our stay!

Perfect Family Vacation!

This was the best vacation rental we have stayed in. This home is the perfect place to stay for our large family of 7! Each member of our family, which includes teens- toddler, loved this house. From a quiet place to relax, ample room to roam and spread out, to the gracious host this house is a perfect 10! You will find a beautiful outdoor spaces, a game room, a big well stocked kitchen, and large communal spaces to spend time with family. The farm animals and blueberries are a sweet farm sparkle to your trip. This home is the perfect gathering space for your next core memory making trip to South Haven.

The property overall was great. The setting was spectacular. The farm house really had a lot of style and character. There are a few things that could use improvement. I know this first one could be difficult because the house is an old farm house. The air conditioner worked but in order to cool down thd upstairs the lower floor became very chilly. In addition, if there would be any way to have the lower floor bedroom converted to have a king size bed this would be better for your older guests. Otherwise everything else was great and we really enjoyed our stay. We really appreciate that you care about your property and the people that stay here.

No major complaints

Everything was as expected and advertised. Both levels of the house operate on one AC Unit, so if you are going in the summer, it is hotter in the upstairs.When we arrived the AC had been shut off - so it was very uncomfortable for a long time.The wifi was also incorrect from what was sent to us, but they recently switched providers and had not updated their information The owner was very apologeticIt was nice a nice place to stay and had a ton of privacy and felt like we had a whole farm to ourselves.I'd stay there again despite some basic hiccups.

Amazing

AMAZING!! The attention to detail and cleanliness was just superb. My girlfriends and I spent a girl's weekend in South Haven, but wanted to stay out of the hustle and bustle. It's a quick, very scenic drive to the beach. Here's the thing, this is a restored 100+ year old farm house. It's quiet outside, you can enjoy farm animals and blueberry picking and just simply relaxing. I laughed at all of us, because we all facetimed our spouses to show them the house, it's THAT awesome. It felt like someone prepared for our visit. The house was well stocked with the basics PLUS extras. The owner texted me to make sure we had everything we needed. You should stay here! I'll definitely be back. Just an awesome example of how VRBO properties should be done. To Cam and his wife, thanks for the perfect visit!

Peaceful & Picturesque Farmhouse Getaway

We stayed at this beautiful farmhouse in South Haven, Michigan for a long weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. The home is over 100 years old, but has been wonderfully restored and decorated with so much charm. It’s both historic and cozy, with comfortable beds, well-appointed spaces, and everything we needed for a relaxing stay.I traveled with my husband, his two sisters, and one of their husbands, and the farmhouse was the perfect fit for our group. The common areas were warm and welcoming—great for gathering and catching up. The property was peaceful, and yet just a short drive from South Haven’s beaches. We kicked off our trip with a breathtaking sunset cruise on Lake Michigan, and it only got better from there.We enjoyed delicious meals at nearby restaurants, and even took a day trip to explore the Meijer Botanical Gardens and the Gerald R. Ford Museum. One unexpected highlight: the blueberry field right on the property! My sister-in-law spent quite a bit of time there and absolutely loved it.Cam and Katelyn, the owners, were on site for a couple of days during our stay and took the time to introduce themselves. They were incredibly welcoming and clearly take great pride in creating a special experience for their guests.This farmhouse offered the perfect mix of tranquility, comfort, and convenience. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable escape.

Excellent

This house was excellent. House was clean. Please note that it is pet friendly, however, we stayed at the beginning of the rental season and asked that pet hair be cleaned. Owner was receptive and it worked out great. As stated, there are varied levels and some tight stairs. King bed and twins are upstairs. This was not an issue for us. Owner has accommodated for air conditioning to work for the best as it needs to be lowered downstairs to cool the upstairs. We appreciated this. Plan ahead for varied temperatures. Everything you need is included. I would have enjoyed staying at the house for solitude the entire time, but we had some obligations. Lots of places to sit and enjoy. Close to beach and small town. A few grocery stores nearby which was great. Loved the grounds and location. We would defiantly go back as it was a beautiful house and location. Highly recommend. Thank you for a fabulous place to stay.
