Live with the tides in the warmest water north of the Carolina's. 90 Gordons Way is a family oasis set in magical Augustine Cove, PEI. Enjoy swimming, paddleboarding, walking the beautiful red sand beach (especially at low tide), searching for sea shells and sea glass and exploring tide pools. Sit on the deck or BBQ and enjoy the ocean view. Enjoy bonfires with endless stars.

Great Location

Thank you for a great stay! House has plenty of room and beach was perfect for 3 small children. Lots to do on property and small drive to most towns/attractions. We look forward to our next stay!

This was a great location for our family grandparents. Lots of space for the kids and they had some toys and books the kids enjoyed playing with. The sunroom was a really nice touch and we spent alot of time in there. We loved walking the beach when the tide was out. Easy beach access and having the outdoor shower was essential for cleaning our feet from the sand.It was nice to have 3 bathrooms and the kids thought having 2 staircases was really cool. We would recommend and would stay again if returning to PEI!

Beautiful cottage in PEI

A beautiful, clean cottage with lovely views and comfortable beds. I would greatly recommend this place to anyone visiting PEI with a group of friends or family. The house is very close to the ocean water and you'll be amazed by the red sandy beach during low tide.

Beautiful Farmhouse on the Water

Beautiful location, great house, with lots of room right on the water. Great amenities, beautiful bedrooms and lovely sun porch. Fantastic vacation! The dogs were in heaven running on the beach at low tide.

Wonderful family getaway

I can not say enough about this wonderful place . We went with our family and dogs and it is one of the most peaceful places . Being right on the red sand beach with the change of tide was just magnificent. The place is exactly what you see . Well equipped . Beds are so comfortable. Beautiful wild flower garden overlooking ocean . Lots of space . Hoping toGo back next year . PEI is a wonderful island with the nicest people .

We immediately felt at home, and everyone in the family found their groove. Whether you watched the sunrise from the porch or from out on the water on a paddleboard or slept in, each morning started out with checking the tide. At low tide a day of exploring tide pools and reading and playing games on the soft red sand was in store. At high tide there’s no beach, but there are plenty of things to do on PEI. 3 of us were huge Anne fans, and our side trip to Cavendish was a highlight. Others rode the bike trails practically every day. The house is comfy, charming, and has everything you might need and the setting can’t be beat! We had such a good time and totally recommend this place!

Large & Charming Farmhouse

Great views at a lovely old farmhouse. I stayed her with a bunch of family members & our kids and we never felt crowded as there is so much space. Sun porch was definitely my favourite room in the house, with its beautiful views. We stay in this area all the time, and will continue to as it is a great location. There were lots of toys and boardgames as well which was lovely. A small heads up for anyone with small children or someone with mobility issues - to get to the beach there are very steep stairs, so can be quite difficult.

Dream family vacation

This was our first time in PEI, and it was a dream vacation! Fairfield House was the perfect spot for our family of 5, as well as my sister’s family of 5. We had more than enough space, and absolutely loved the old farmhouse charm. We were a little worried about the fact that there is no AC before we booked, but took a chance. It really was not an issue at all! There was always a beautiful breeze coming off of the ocean, and the house was always very comfortable. My kids loved the breeze especially for flying a kite right on the beach every day! Camp fires and walks on the gorgeous red beach when tide was out were also favourites. Everyone agreed that we would come back here in a heart beat. So thankful for the beautiful memories we made at Augustine Cove!

South Shore Gem

Our family of 7 enjoyed a week's stay at Fairfield House. Highlights of this cottage: Spacious layout, clean, comfortable beds, fans in every rooms, great water pressure in showers, shed well stocked with toys for our kids (kites, paddle boards, boogie boards, crocket set, golf clubs) second beer fridge, washer and dryer worked very well (plus access to a clothesline). Breath taking views from deck, walking beach everyday, star gazing at night, and meeting awesome friendly people who live in the cove! We will book again for years to come. Thanks Dan and Emily for providing a space to really relax and enjoy all that PEI has to offer.

A Great Place for a Famil Vacation

If you are headed to PEI with your family, this home is a great place to stay. If anything ,the home is even better than described. My family that includes 8 adults and 2 toddlers was housed very comfortable. The house was very clean and ready for us upon our arrival, including a pack and play setup in the master bedroom. The setting is spectacular. The view over the beach is special. The fire ring and my grandchildren's first smores were memorable. My grandchildren loved their time on the beach. The neighbors were great and even offered up additional toys for the kids. The location on PEI worked well with our vacation plans. Dan was very responsive to my questions before my arrival.
