Everything you need and more! We were two families, a total of 10 people (adult kids), and we all felt very comfortable. We had enough space for alone time if we wanted, and more than enough for together moments. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped, and there is more than enough storage in every room of the house. We enjoyed the hot tub, the closed in porch for some dinners, the outdoor porch for some reading and relaxation, and the view which is magnificent. Charlottetown is about a 25 mins drive from the cottage and Victoria-by-the-Sea is 7-10 mins away. We found that Charlottetown was the best place to do groceries, so it’s good to plan what you need before going. Because some of the activities that we were interested in were mainly on the north shore, we found ourselves driving a lot but nonetheless we enjoyed seeing the beauty of PEI! The property manager/owner was very responsive and helpful. Thank you for helping make this a memorable trip!

Wonderful home with just about everything you could ever ask for. There were six good-sized bedrooms, dining area, screened in outdoor patio, barbeque and a gas fire place in the living room. It was spotless when we arrived, filled with all dining utensils you'd need from pots and pans, to plates and glasses. You could sit in the living room and look out at the ocean, although we didn't attempt to walk out to the water as it was quite weedy in that area. We chose the hot tub instead! There was a projector TV for a movie night for the gang and even a keyboard to play some songs if so inclined and talented. The hosts answered all our questions prior to arriving and checked in on us after a particularly strong storm one night. The location is fairly secluded but still close to Victoria (about 7 minutes away) where there are some great dining options and it's less than 30 minutes to Charlottetown. There is also a gas station/restaurant/convenience store/liquor outlet about 2 minutes away. I'd go back!

This property exceeded our expectations. It is bright, clean and very well appointed. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions. There were lots of extra linens for the beds and towels for the hot tub. The views are exceptional. From the large upstairs windows, the deck and fire pit as well as from the hot tub. Kitchen had more than enough room for all of us. We very much appreciated the second kitchen, with full sized fridge, downstairs as well. Beds were very comfortable, great pillows and bedding. Living and dining furniture was also very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property. I’ve stayed in many rental properties and this is, by far, the best yet!

The house was amazing, a home away from home. It had everything that we needed for our stay. The view was gorgeous, the house was clean and spacious and the hosts were easy to reach and answered questions quickly. I highly recommend this location for anyone who enjoys beautiful views and relaxation! We will be back!

This cottage exceeded all of our expectations! The architecture and design are absolutely stunning—it’s such a unique and beautiful place to stay. Everything inside is modern, spotless, and well maintained. What impressed us the most was the attention to detail. The hosts truly thought of everything. From a high chair with a protective mat for kids to lobster crackers and seafood tools, every little convenience was already there. We hardly needed to bring anything because the house was so well equipped. The outdoor spaces were just as amazing. There’s a hot tub (which we unfortunately didn’t have time to use), a cozy fire pit that was perfect for relaxing in the evening, and a fully screened outdoor sitting area that lets you enjoy the fresh air without worrying about bugs. It was a wonderful place to gather, eat, and spend time together. The riverside setting is peaceful and beautiful, making it the perfect place to unwind. Overall, this was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. We enjoyed it so much that we’re already planning to come back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and memorable getaway!
