This unit sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. Hang out in the living room with the unbeatable views of the water or on the balcony with a drink in your hand and the ocean breeze in your hair. There's plenty of seating for all at the kitchen bar and dining room, equipped to seat all 8 comfortably. When you're not at the beach, enjoy access to 3 community pools and hot tubs, have a nice workout in the shared fitness center or jump next door to the largest fishing pier in Florida. *LOW Monthly Winter Rates* Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $3,250 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. *Rates are Valid for the current Snowbird season only. Next year’s rates are subject to change. *

*Summerwind Center will be undergoing extensive renovations beginning October 23, 2023. This includes replacing all breezeway and balcony railings and resurfacing the breezeway and balcony floors. Potential balcony closures and walkway closures may occur. Please note loud noise may be present during your stay.

Navarre Beach is a quaint beach community found just east of Pensacola and boasts 12 miles of sugar-white shoreline. Tucked between the Gulf Islands National Seashore and Navarre Beach Marine Park, this beach community offers solitude and simplicity, far from crowded theme parks and packed beaches. You will find solitude and simplicity for sun-seekers, families, outdoor adventurers, nature lovers, and water sports enthusiasts. Navarre’s pristine beaches are named among the best in the nation year after year. Visitors can sun on the beach, swim in emerald waters, enjoy a picnic in the park, or pedal along a scenic bike path.

While you’re here be sure to visit the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center. Guests can learn all about sea turtles including local celebrity Sweet Pea, a rescued green sea turtle, and conservation education. Snorkel and shore divers will enjoy the beautiful Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary and artificial reef ideal for snorkeling and diving for any skill level. Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. If you’re lucky, you might catch them practicing on any given day while relaxing on the beach. Pensacola Beach also hosts an air show each July and a show over the Naval Air Station each November.
