There are 3 bedrooms with wardrobes, with a large master bedroom tucked away on the ground floor, featuring a queen bed, lounge area, en-suite and courtyard. Upstairs, the large second bedroom has a queen bed and work desk overlooking a nature reserve. The third bedroom has a queen bed.

The living room provides a casual atmosphere for everyone to come together and enjoy with stunning views. With a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and en-suite, washing machine and dryer, you'll feel like you never left the comfort and convenience of your own home.

This house has enough heating and cooling options for all year round use! You can stay cosy in the winter time with a fireplace in the living room, or cool down in the summertime with an air-conditioner. The bedrooms are kept cosy with luxurious linens, column heaters and fans.

There are public buses in Katoomba to Echo Point or the hop on, hop off Blue Mountains Explorer Bus runs from Katoomba Station for a circuit of the major attractions from Scenic World to Leura.

Local taxis and bus services will get you to all the key locations and attractions.

Cosy Inn Blue is for quiet enjoyment, we do not cater to parties, pets and visitors.

Children must be supervised outside as there is a creek on the side of the property and wetland opposite the house.

The house on departure must be left in the same clean condition as found on arrival.
