R & R's EDEN - Cozy home by the Beach on Topsail for REST AND RELAXATION!!!!!

Topsail Beach has been rated one of the top beaches in North Carolina and in the Southern US for its 17 miles of walkable pristine beach. This property is located directly across the street from the beach access and is so easy to walk to. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. We have a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home with reverse style living so upstairs is living/dining area with some water views and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There is also an outdoor shower for removing sand. Dogs permitted by size and type with request only. Fee applies to dogs.
You may bring your own linens or can be supplied by a local company for a fee. IF YOU CHOOSE TO BRING YOUR OWN YOU SAVE THE FEE.

Great family vacation

My wife, toddler and in-laws all enjoyed this house with easy access to the beach. It conveniently had an outdoor shower for easy cleanup after the sandy beach. Great kitchen for cooking and spacious yard for children to play in and huge wrap around decks to relax on. The owner was easily accessible if needed.

Wonderful visit

The house is setup well for a family, with easy walking access to the beach. The owner was very quick on communication to answer any questions. We will stay here again in the future.

Great Location with Everything you Need

Location was great. Walk to beach and to town park for free concerts and shopping. Kitchen had everything you could want to cook with. The rain kept us off the beach a couple of days, but having the ability to hang out under cover outside was great. The beds were very comfortable and it was perfect for our party of six

Enjoyable Stay!

After a little rocky beginning, we had a really nice time here! The house is spacious and there was plenty of room for everyone to gather, or have space of their own. It's a very short walk to the public beach access, so no worries about lugging all your stuff down at once, or running back to the beach house for something. The covered front porch was a favorite spot to chill and read a book. Absolutely lovely view of sunsets out the back on the sound side!! Thank you for a relaxing beach vacation!

Perfect Beach Location

Although we made the decision to go to Topsail Beach relatively late in the season, we were quite pleasantly surprised to find such a great property still available for our dates. The property has filtered views of both the ocean and sound. In the mornings you can even hear the ocean waves while sitting on the deck. The location is perfect for access to the beach (very short walk) and also the small town of Topsail to the south. We enjoyed hours of biking along the neighborhood streets and happy that we didn't need to bike along the main road. Crossing the main road on bikes was easy as Topsail Beach is not that crowded--which was a great plus! Rosemary was very accommodating and very easy to communicate with. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals at home. A charcoal grill is available but we decided not to use it since it was so windy when we were there. Overall this property was a great find!

Beach trip getaway

It was our first time at Topsail and we loved it! Our family enjoyed our time there. The house was great, it had everything we needed! Rosemary was great before, during and after!

Perfect fit for relaxing

We loved the house and the access to the beach and the quaint town of Topsail. Visited the Missiles and More Museum and enjoyed the Topsail Beach Skating Rink.

Adorable house!

The house location could not be more perfect! Access to beach was just steps away! House is perfect for 6 people. Super clean and kitchen was stocked with anything you needed to cook! Rosemary, the owner, is so sweet and got back to me super quick each time I reached out! My family and I will definitely be booking this house again!

We’ve stayed several places but none as clean and well maintained as this one. The bonus was the covered upper deck. When there, Spent the majority of our time on the deck. I’d recommend this to anyone!!! Great place!! Thanks

A nice property with easy access to the beach

It's a nice property to just hang out and go down to the beach whenever you want. The owner is very communicative and friendly. The place is not very far from the town center area of Topsail beach which has a few gift shops. But a bit far from the bridge where a lot of the restaurants, grocery stores and shops are. You can only spend too much time indoors and on the beach so if you plan to explore, it's almost an hour away to Wilmington if you want to check out the river front, the old town, and the boardwalk so it'll be quite a trip if you decide to do so. The fridge does not have a water filter and tap water taste was undrinkable for us. I'd suggest you bring stuff to drink or pick up some water before you get to the property.

Perfect place

Rosemary was amazing before during and after our stay. Always available if needed. House was right across the street from beach access. Was the perfect get away. Kitchen had everything we needed. Will definitely go back

Wonderful stay in Topsail

Vacation getaway

The location is perfect and Rosemary is great. The decks are spacious and perfect for gathering. Hurricane Isaias ended up hitting while we were there and Rosemary relayed the island storm updates as they changed and checked in often. Don’t care to experience another hurricane, but would definitely stay again.

Wonderful vacation

The only negative of the location is that it is right on the main road. Other than that, I loved the location. We had wonderful breezes from the ocean when sitting out on the decks. Beautiful view of the sun setting from the kitchen window. Large back yard if you have children that aren’t already tired out from the beach. Very easy access to the beach. The house sits between two accesses. The one to the left when facing the beach is closer but the one to the right is easier to go over. Cute neighborhood behind the house was a nice place to walk when not wanting to walk in the beach. You can even get right up to the sound. I had the awesome experience of watching a nest of turtles hatch and while we were watching that, a mother turtle came within a short distance and laid another nest.

Great property. Very comfortable

Rosemary was great to work with and very accessible. The property had everything that we needed for our stay. Beds were super comfortable and it was nice to have 3 full bathrooms. The house has the bedrooms on the second floor and the living area on the third floor. This made it very nice for sleeping. AC worked great which was good since it was 90s everyday. Beach access right across the street. Very large, grassy back yard is good for kids.

Great place to stay

We had a great time during our short stay in the house. I was lucky enough to find 4 days open but we would have loved to stay longer! Rosemary was great to work with and reached out to me frequently before and during our stay. The house was spotless and had all of the amenities that we needed. The beds were very comfortable which was a plus after a day at the beach! The location is perfect with the beach access right across the street. Great place to stay!

We were introduced to Topsail Beach by my father who discovered this beautiful place in 1991 and we have been coming here ever since. The beach is pristine and stretches for 17 miles from Topsail, Surf City, and North Topsail. I am originally from Boston and Raffaele is from Italy via New Jersey and now we live in Florida and Italy. We love Topsail, the beach, the weather, the gentle breezes, and of all our travels this is a very special place.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

My father was adventurous and loved Maine in the summers but Topsail Beach captured him when his camper broke down in Wilmington on his way home from Florida and took two weeks to get a part so he rented a car, took a ride and found this house, bought two dogs and began walking the beach. I could not think of letting these memories go. We have decided that we would like to share our good fortune with others.

Once you have stayed with us, we consider you family and offer repeat customer specials. We love it when people enjoy being here and take care of our home as they would their own. I have been to many of the top beaches in the world but Topsail is my favorite by far in the US!!! Our home is well maintained and we take pride offering you to share with us.
