This beach house on South Shore Drive is on a quiet street on the second row. There is a vacant lot across the street so most rooms have an unobstructed view of the ocean. The house owns a deeded decked crosswalk to the beach.

Two decks, one on each floor, span the width of the house with cushioned chairs to seat 19. Watch the sun come up over the ocean while you have coffee on the deck. Hear the ocean with a drink in your hand at sundown.

At Happy Hours, you are within walking distance to the village of Surf City which is the heart of the island. Bike or walk to the Surf City Pier, restaurants, ice cream shops, shopping, bakeries, and the grocery. Once back at the house, you rarely see a car.

Amenities include: wireless internet throughout, smart TVs in every bedroom with Netflix, Hulu, & Roku. kayaks, surfboards, paddle boards, bikes, boogie boards, kites, fishing rods, corn hole, tether ball, giant outdoor checker set, a beach tent, beach cart, chairs & rolling cooler. The kitchen is stocked with every item you might need including a gas grill for outdoor cooking, 2nd refrigerator & ice machine.

The perfect house at the perfect beach. Topsail Island is a family-oriented, non-commercialized barrier island on the southern coast of NC with deep beaches that don’t get overly crowded. Home to the famous iconic TI swing bridge, one of the last remaining of its kind on the east coast, Topsail has remained quiet and relaxing throughout the years. Home of the nationally renowned Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital, a must-see activity, the island is a turtle sanctuary - full of loggerhead and green turtle nests from May-July with hatchings beginning in June.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday each week. Check in time is Saturday at 4PM. Check out is Saturday at 11AM. Our rental home does provide linens and towels during your stay for your convenience. No pets, No smoking.
