Beautifully Decorated 3 BR home at Rancho Las Palmas Country Club

Our three bedroom condo has one of the best locations in the luxurious Rancho Las Palmas Country Club on South Course, fairway 2. The living room, patio and kitchen have stunning views of the fairway and the Santa Rosa Mountains. We are in the Coachella Valley about 25 minutes from Palm Springs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom is a den that has a full size bed. The den does not have a window but has French doors that let light in. It does not have a closet. The pool and hot tub are a one to two-minute walk from the home, close enough for easy access but far enough away to make the condo very peaceful. The entire community is gated and very secure. This is our own second home, not just a vacation rental, so it has just about everything you need including a kitchen fully stocked with pots and pans and kitchen tools and gadgets.

Guests have free access to a small community weight room at the Rancho Las Palmas Country Club facility about a five minute walk away. This is also the location of the golf club and tennis courts for which there is a fee. We do not have our own golf cart. The Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa is about a 15-20 minute walk. Guests can use the spa facilities and Splashtopia there for a day use fee.

The River shopping center is a short drive or pleasant walk, with a Cinemark theater, shops and over a dozen restaurants. You're also close to El Paseo for luxury shopping, the Living Desert zoo and botanical garden, College of the Desert Street Fair and Sunnylands. Across the Valley is Joshua Tree National Park with wonderful hiking and rock climbing.
