Great Location, Beautiful Views

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home on the 7th hole of a 27 hole golf course. Very centrally located to many venues, shopping centres and restaurants in the area. The accommodation was very well supplied with everything you needed for cooking or barbecuing. The Master Bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed with an ensuite. We loved sitting out on the patio each day watching the golfers putt out. I would certainly recommend this VRBO unit. Julie, the owner, made contact with us on our arrival and was open to contacting her if we needed anything. Thank you for sharing your place with us Julie.

Amazing stay

Fantastic villa with a well-equipped kitchen which makes a stay so much more enjoyable! Great proximity to the pool, and we enjoyed a nightly dinner and glass of wine watching the sun set over the golf course. Our family of five was extremely comfortable - this trip will be hard to beat! We are disappointed that the city of Rancho Mirage is no longer allowing stays less than 28 days! Hoping that will change in the future.

Great spot

We had a wonderful time at this condo and hope we will be able to stay here again. Julie was always available if we had a question and the property itself was just like the pictures. We loved the small patio outside and watched the golfers go by later in the afternoon while enjoying the sun. Loved it and hope to go back

Relaxing week under the sunny skies

Great place to catch-up with our Cali. Family after two Covid years! LOVED all the nearby citrus trees for snacking and beverages (-: The North golf course was under repair so it was very quiet...Mountain views were spectacular!!

Wonderful condo and location

This home was so nice and the patio view made it even better. We watched golfers and enjoyed the beautiful background mountains. Quick walk to a quiet pool offered another relaxing option. This home was well stocked and very clean. It made for a very enjoyable vacation.

Nice getaway

Great condo! very well equipped open and roomy, great views! Easy checking in. Loved the fire pit. Also a good supply of outdoor activities equipments, which was a nice surprise . Julie was great to work with and was very prompt in responding.

Absolutely the best!

We so enjoyed our stay. The view of the mountains from the front room and patio is outstanding. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated. And it was so nice and so convenient to have many supplies and dishes and cookware available. Julie is a wonderful and responsive hostess! We definitely would consider returning.

Absolutely Perfect

Our family stayed for three weeks at this home and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We really hope we have the opportunity to come back again. The owner was wonderful and although we had very few questions because she was so organized, the few we had were answered promptly. The home was furnished beautifully, the kitchen had every tool and gadget needed, the beds were so comfortable, and the location was perfect. We took many walks and jogs throughout the neighborhood and to the nearby Starbucks. Were it not for COVID we also would have enjoyed all the restaurants in the area. The pool was across the street and our kids loved how warm it was. I will miss our happy hours on the back patio watching the golfers and viewing the mountains and palm trees in the background.

Wonderful Place

The condo was beautiful, warm and very well appointed. It had everything we needed and much more. We loved sitting relaxing out on the patio. It was very we located and near everything. The guest book had all kinds of information. Julie was very responsive when we had a question right away. We would stay here again any time we are in the area.

Perfect location in Rancho Mirage

We enjoyed the views of the mountains and the quietness of this location. The condo was very well equipped and organized to make our stay perfect. Ample space, ceiling fans & TV's for everyone. We'll definitely reserve this location in the future!

We stayed at Julie’s condo starting March 1st for 7 weeks. It is in a great location, right on a green so that you can watch every golf group come through. The renovated condo was perfect for us and members of our family as they took turns coming to visit. Julie is a wonderful host, responding to questions and concerns immediately.

My husband and I had a great stay at Julie’s home for the month of February, 2019. The house was spacious and well equipped. Enjoyed watching the golfers and the beautiful mountain views. The home is convenient to restaurants and shopping. It is also within walking distance to the weekend market at the College of the Desert and The River Entertainment Center. Julie was great to communicate with very responsive. We would definitely rent from Julie again.

Great location, clean, spacious, we had a wonderful experience!

The condo was a lot more spacious then expected. We had a wonderful time enjoying ourselves in the pool and our host even provided fun floats to use. The condo was directly on the golf course and was a gorgeous view. The host, Julie, left step by step instructions throughout the home for an easy and user friendly experience. Thank you.

Great location nice golf course and tennis courts

This was our second stay at this lovely condo. The location is excellent walking distance to the River restaurants and shops. Short walk to College of the Desert weekend market. Weather was exceptional this year. Only minor issue was some reno work in the units next door.

Great!

Julie's place was awesome! She was a great host and always available and very responsive. The house is beautiful and very spacious and new. The pictures don't do it justice! Thanks again and we'll definitely look into Julie's place again should we come back to Palm Springs

I grew up in Southern California. I went to college in San Diego and have lived there for the past 25 years. My 2 daughters and I love spending time in the desert when the house isn't being rented. It's a beautiful, safe community to spend time with family and friends. We love lounging in the pool, enjoying the views on our patio, and all of the fun shops and restaurants that are so close by.

My parents had a home in Palm Springs and we've always loved visiting them there. The weather is amazing, and there are so many fun things to do. When I decided to buy a rental property in the desert, I looked at several areas in Palm Springs, Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage. I chose Rancho Mirage because I loved being attached to the resort and spa, and being located across the street from The River mall. The community feels very safe and family friendly. I love my unit because its patio is on the golf course with amazing mountain views. I'm comfortable letting my kids walk to the golf club or to The River. Our community also has several heated pools and hot tubs, where we spend a lot of our time. I also love Rancho Mirage for the convenience of having so many restaurants and stores near by.

After looking at several communities, we knew that Rancho Las Palmas was the one we wanted to be in because it was so pretty felt so friendly and safe. We knew that our house was the one we wanted when we saw the sunny living room leading out to the patio with the amazing views on the golf course.
