Property was as pictured, location was fantastic, everything was clean and there were boogie boards in the closet that my kids made use of! Only hiccup was with the keypad for the door not working consistently but they replaced the box during our stay so probably a non issue going forward.

Location was perfect - Steps away from pool & beach.You could watch the sunrise from the balcony.King bed was GREAT! One Queen bed was so squeaky it woke the baby up every time you moved - Needs To Be Replace!!Only downfall was, the trash being picked up every other day right outside of the condo at 5 am.

Overall a great trip! The other families we encountered were so friendly, as if this was their home. The entire property was clean and when we encountered an issue with the AC the maintenance dept addressed it within the first 24hours. Very impressed overall. One item, no locks on bathroom or bedroom doors, good for little kids, but adults might need one.

Ocean City MD is a very family oriented place to vacation. The place was nice and loved the location. Seaside Vacation was in constant contact requesting if there was anything they could do to make the stay better. Check in and check out is so easy.Great vacation.

The actual room that we received was not what was in the listing. When I booked, the reservation showed room 106. Upon arrival I received room 307. While 307 put us up higher with a view it was not what the pictures showed in the listing. The room we received look like a lesser quality room than the one in the picture. As a guest you are instructed to arrive after 4:00 PM but the front desk closes at 5:00 PM. After getting all of our items into the room and figuring out our plan for the evening we learned the lock to our door was broken. Since the front desk was closed I had to call the after hours service and their solution was to retrieve the key from the lock box in the lobby and use that. I had to report the broken lock the next morning to the front desk as the message was not relayed to them. The blinds in one of the rooms were broke and not addressed after reporting it. The water pressure is very low. The covered parking was great and the location was close to the entry into the building. The actual location is very convenient to walking to may places and is close to the bus line. The beach is just a few steps from the front door of the building and access was easy.

Had a nice time and enjoyed the condo. Only negative (if any) was room smelled a little musty when we arrived but it wasn’t too bad. Probably being overly critical. Other than that, we had nothing to complain about.

We really enjoyed our stay in unit 106. The location on 35th street was excellent! Close to everything. You can walk everywhere. The beach is steps away. Beach chairs are not provided by the owner but that was okay because they had chair and umbrella rentals right on the beach right next to our access point. Unit is definitely a little dated but we weren’t inside very long - basically just to sleep. Beds were comfortable. FYI to renters- basics like toilet paper or paper towels, hand soap are NOT provided! We arrived at 10:15pm and didn’t know this. Thank goodness I had napkins in my car! Only other complaint is the key situation. 3 keys are provided: one each for the elevator, lobby door, main unit door. None are labeled which was really frustrating the first night when we were trying to get in and it was late. Wouldn’t hurt for them to be labeled as such. I’ve included 2 pictures - One is the view at sunrise from the master bedroom balcony and the other is a view of the building from the beach. Overall I would absolutely recommend this cute, beach-y vibe rental. We will definitely be back!

I do want to sincerely apologize that a starter bag was not provided when you arrived. Every property should come with one, which includes three rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, one small dish soap, one pack of dishwasher detergent, two small hand soaps, and a sponge. I’m so sorry this wasn’t there for you, especially arriving late in the evening. I also appreciate your feedback regarding the keys and will be sure to share that with our team.
