Guest Access:

You'll have the whole house to yourselves - all four bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, the laundry, the garage and the outdoor deck with the spa pool. Off-street parking is on the driveway, with room for a boat.



The Neighborhood:

Forest Views sits in leafy, family-friendly Lynmore, one of Rotorua's most popular suburbs with residents and visitors alike - and a favourite with mountain bikers for how close it is to the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest. The forest's world-class trails, walking tracks and Treewalk are a short walk or ride from the door, and several of Rotorua's best lakes are close by too. You're a quick drive to everything else: Te Puia's geysers and living Maori village are about eight minutes away, the lakefront, the hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa and the cafes and restaurants of central Rotorua around nine, and Skyline's gondola and luge, Zorb and Canopy Tours about eighteen on the western side of town.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended, with a single garage plus off-street parking in the driveway (room for a boat). Mountain bikers can ride to the Redwoods forest trails, a short ride from the door (about four minutes by car to the Treewalk). Te Puia and Rotorua Airport are both around eight minutes, the lakefront and central Rotorua about nine, and Skyline, Zorb and Canopy Tours roughly eighteen on the western side of town.



Other Things to Note:

WIFI runs at around 250 Mbps. This is a two-level home, with three bedrooms and the main living upstairs, and a fourth bedroom, a second bathroom and internal garage access downstairs.
