Our cleaning costs are set by independent cleaning crews in Tahoe and we only hire the best of the best to keep our homes up to our cleaning standards. Tahoe Woods is unfortunately not a part of the Lakeside HOA; and so as much as we would like to assist with beach passes, we are unable to. Luckily, there are many other wonderful beaches in South Lake Tahoe. All of our guests are provided information on multiple beaches and other activities in Lake Tahoe in advance of their arrival. We appreciate your feedback and recommendations as well. For future guests to note, this home has parking for two cars - one in the driveway and one in the garage, but the garage is certainly more suited for standard to smaller sized cars. Also, we strongly encourage guests traveling to Tahoe in the winter to have both chains and an ice scraper in your vehicle. Both are essential for winter conditions in Tahoe and chains are required to enter the city in heavier snow conditions. We apologize you had trouble with the mattresses in the other bedrooms. Mattresses are tricky because what may be comfortable to one person might be uncomfortable to the next. However, we have shared your review with the owners for their consideration and have inspected all mattresses to make sure no replacements are needed. We appreciate you bringing the lock to the master bedroom to our attention and we have our team inspecting this!
