Crystal Beach, Destin, FL. Four bedroom and four bath sleeping 12, community pool and steps to the beach access located in The Shores of Crystal Beach. The house features an upscale living room, a newly remodeled kitchen offering granite counter tops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Located in the popular Crystal Beach community of Destin, Andrea's Island is centrally located near the shopping and dining of Destin Commons between the Destin Harbor and the world class outlet shopping of the Silver Sands Factory Outlets. The wide porches that welcome you to this coastal cottage are the perfect place to catch a sunset while grilling the catch of the day, and the cool of the travertine tile floors revive tired feet after a day of play on the beach.

The kitchen, dining room and living room are open to each other so the entire family can enjoy being together while watching the big game on the 55" Smart TV with cable. The round dining room table seats 6 with room for four more at the kitchen bar.

Two guest bedrooms are also located on the main first floor: one bedroom features bunk beds with 2 full beds with 47" Roku tv, while the other bedroom has a queen-size bed with 32" Smart/cable TV. The second floor provides a quiet escape with a primary bedroom featuring a king-size bed, 55" Smart TV, large ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and garden tub, as well as a spacious private balcony to sit and read. In addition, the second bedroom on this level has a king-size bed with twin day bed and twin pull-out trundle with ensuite bathroom, 26" Roku tv as well. The third story is the perfect place to retreat and survey the neighborhood on the open-air porch. Whether it’s relaxing together over a fish dinner caught that morning, or toasting a gorgeous sunset from the third story balcony, enjoy some time and feel your cares slip away at the beach!

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (includes garage). Unfortunately, Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood. On-street parking is prohibited by the HOA. Please observe all the HOA rules to avoid a fine.

Seasonal Beach Service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) included from March 1-October 31!! Tents and Canopies not allowed where beach service is setup

COMMUNITY POOL IS AVAILABLE YEAR-ROUND. IT IS HEATED MARCH 1-MAY 1 PLUS THANKSGIVING WEEK.

SMALL DOGS OK PET FEE IS $300 PLUS TAX AND COVERS UP TO 2 ADULT DOGS. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT LARGER DOGS.

The addition of the golf cart and bikes was a nice addition that we really enjoyed. There is a very short (3min) walk to the beach. Although the HOA rules are strict - it makes the neighborhood great for families. The property manager was helpful with details before we traveled and we did not have to reach out with any issues during our stay. Great experience!

Communication was excellent from the beginning. We felt like we had all the information we needed before we even arrived, which made everything seem easy and stress free.We absolutely loved having access to the golf cart and spent lots of time exploring the area. The beach access was great and not far from the house. We appreciated that the house was stocked with everything we needed.The pool was a short walk away and always clean and refreshing. The house was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated.One of our favorite spots was the front porch, where we spent a lot of time relaxing and talking together. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals for our stay.Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for our family to make special memories!

Beautiful home and location! We had a great time and hope to go back!!

My siblings and our spouses really enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful as well as the neighborhood. We enjoyed walking and exploring the area. We also enjoyed the beach so much and didn’t have a chance to use the pool.

We enjoyed staying in the quaint community where Andreas island is. The house was perfect for us. The hall light leading upstairs is burned out and the water filter needs to be changed. More spoons and forks are needed for larger groups. Just letting you know for the next guests.

Beautiful home very clean and centrally located

It was also unfortunate the guests couldn’t have the fireplace on when it was chilly.

Hi Bruce, thank you for the review. The homeowners association is in charge of the pool area including the loungers so we have passed on your comments regarding the loungers. Gas Fireplaces in rental homes are never a good idea as many guest have not had the opportunity to use one before so on the side of safety the owners of this home had the fireplace disconnected many years ago. Nice location close to the beach. Easy check-in. A few things need to be updated/fixed, master bath #2 poorly done, leaks water over the floor & shower door is not sturdy/unsafe. Had trouble with a couple of tvs not working. Neighbors could of more friendly… Overall a good trip but the experience could of been better with the amount of money spent.

Ernesto, we have had wonderful reviews of this home as well as repeat family stays. It is unfortunate that you left this review considering you all received a parking violation from the HOA which we paid. The rules for parking are clearly located in the home as well as the information we provided upon booking. Your group brought a German Shepherd to the house that was not approved by the homeowner and it was visually seen by our staff. Smoking is not allowed at this home but there were multiple cigarette butts found on the front porch and driveway. Rules are there to follow, not to be broken. We hope the next VRBO home you stay in, you will have the courtesey to follow the rules. Frangista Beach Properties

The bedroom layout is nice with two bedrooms on the first floor and two on the second floor with surprisingly little noise transfer between rooms. The location is about a 3 minute walk a little boardwalk to the closest beach access and 3 minutes on the sidewalk to the pool. The beach set up crew stance changed daily on which area our chairs were to be set up. I suggest trying the closest one first at the end of Crystal Beach Drive. The one at the end of Hutchinson Street is also nice with some parking and Camille's at the corner. It was marked where the daily chairs were to be set up and where general seating was allowed. Canopies were allowed as well. The property was very clean and had needed kitchen items. Customer service from the property manager was great and able to be contacted via text. We had a light fixture break and a leak under the sink that were addressed via text.We enjoyed the golf cart and were able to take it to the beach and also the shopping plaza for groceries. The bikes were nice for the kids to ride around the neighborhood circle.Three trucks can fit in the driveway/garage but it is tight and has no street parking.Sunsets were beautiful from the third floor balcony. A wonderful stay in Destin!

ANDREA'S ISLAND VACATION

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great except our experience with the La Dolce Vita golf cart rental. I thought I had completed the release form but they said I hadn't and I tried to complete it 3 times on Sat and didn't get the key box code until Sunday. They declined my request because they said I did not include the 2nd driver's last name. Everything else was perfect.

La Dolce Vita requires that all requested information, including the full names of all drivers, be submitted before they can release the lockbox code for insurance and liability purposes. Unfortunately, if any required information is missing, it can delay the approval process. We understand how disappointing it was to not have access to the golf cart until Sunday, and we appreciate your patience while the required information was being completed. We Loved the house so much !!!! It was in a perfect location - golf cart is the BEST !!!!! Got us everywhere we needed to go . The house was so clean and roomy . The only complaint was the king mattress in the upstairs Master Bedroom was truly awful .. we even in desperation turned it and didn't help . The other upstairs bedroom's mattress was very comfortable . We loved the front porch and living room sectional was perfect .! We would go back to 4430 !
