DOG Friendly 3BR/2BA home offers a prime location across the street from direct beach access. The large open floor plan is perfect for entertaining and hanging out with the whole family.
(WE DO NOT HAVE A WEIGHT/BREED LIMIT ON DOGS... THEY ARE ALL WELCOME!)

LIVING AREAS
Unwind in the living room on the sectional sofa & oversized chair with seating for eight. Watch a movie on the 55ā€ flat screen TV multiple streaming selections or simply enjoy some quality time with your family. The oversized chair in the living room also folds out into a sleeper.

KITCHEN & DINING
Fully stocked with all the gadgets youā€™ll need to prepare your favorite foods, the kitchen provides a double sink, all new appliances, and an eat-in kitchen that seats 6.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
Find quiet privacy in the spacious upstairs master bedroom with a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and plenty of storage for all your vacation essentials. The master suite also offers its own private deck with bistro table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun come up. Downstairs, the second bedroom also provides a king bed while the third bedroom offers two full size beds.

This home includes two full sized bathrooms with showers with excellent water pressure.

OUTDOOR AREAS
The deck is waiting for you to take in the ocean views and enjoy the sound of the surf. Grill dinner on the charcoal grill on the ground floor with outdoor furniture seating for 6. The ground floor also has a fully enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand and sun. A fish cleaning station with sink is also offered for your use. Lastly the storage shed complete with beach cart is perfect for all of your chairs and umbrella storage.

EXTRA AMENITIES
Perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and paved driveway parking for 4 vehicles. This home allows two dogs. Contact me to discuss any special pet requests. *Please remember our four legged friends must be crated if ever left in the home alone.*

THE LOCATION
Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, The Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

The Sassy Bass Market Place has a large variety of grocery options & drinks just a few minutes down the road.

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.

The beach and gulf view from the master bedroom was awesome. Balcony was very nice and peaceful. Very open floor plan and plenty of room. We loved that it was pet friendly because of our baby boxer.

Everything was clean and welcoming. We had a week of good memories with our grown children. Having several outdoor seating areas was a nice bonus! My favorite was the view from the balcony off of the master bedroom. We loved that our dogs were acceptable. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an awesome stay!! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The host was great and the Beach Location and Views were perfect. The beach cart was very helpful and a great addition to the beach trip. We loved the rental and plan to book again next year.

Flip Flop Inn was absolutely perfect! The house layout is great for families and pets. The outside area under the house was great for hanging out and relaxing after a day at the beach. Kitchen is well equipped and living room furniture comfortable. Bedrooms/beds are comfy and good size. Owner was extremely helpful and very reponsive. Will definitely return!

Really great stay, we couldnā€™t have asked for more. Everyone loved hanging out on the decks, including the dogs. The beach cart made it so much easier to load everything up for the day. Being steps from the beach made spending time there so much easier and enjoyable!

This was our second stay at Flip Flop Inn. We absolutely love it here. Sarah and Justin are amazing to work with and communication is amazing. We love being close to the beach and to be able to hear the waves at night from both decks. The beach cart they have for their guests is amazing. We cannot wait to book again!

Good location, great for a family

We enjoyed our stay at the Flip Flop inn. The communication was excellent with the owners. The check in/out process went well. Location to the beach was perfect and a short walk. The phone reception for us was a little poor compared to other locations in Fort Morgan. The house was clean just a few areas needed a little deeper cleaning but nothing terrible and didnā€™t hinder our stay.

Peaceful, relaxing vacation

Flip flop Inn was wonderful. It had everything my husband and I needed and just a skip to the beach. The owners were very helpful with any questions or concerns and promptly returned texts. Highly recommend staying at FlipFlop Inn. We will be back.

Home away from home!!

This was our third summer here and will be back next summer!! Less than a 5 min walk to beach! Great view! You can actually keep an eye on things you leave at the beach from the master suite. Quite neighborhood. Communication with Sarah, the owner, is always quick and extremely accommodating. Lots of sitting in living room for whole fam to hang out. Solar lights on the stairs at night are great for taking pups out after dark!!! Always hard to leave, but until next timeā€¦ā€¦.
