(WE DO NOT HAVE A WEIGHT/BREED LIMIT ON DOGS... THEY ARE ALL WELCOME!)

LIVING AREAS
Unwind in the living room on the sectional sofa & oversized chair with seating for eight. Watch a movie on the 55” flat screen TV multiple streaming selections or simply enjoy some quality time with your family. The oversized chair in the living room also folds out into a sleeper.

KITCHEN & DINING
Fully stocked with all the gadgets you’ll need to prepare your favorite foods, the kitchen provides a double sink, all new appliances, and an eat-in kitchen that seats 6.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
Find quiet privacy in the spacious upstairs master bedroom with a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and plenty of storage for all your vacation essentials. The master suite also offers its own private deck with bistro table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun come up. Downstairs, the second bedroom also provides a king bed while the third bedroom offers two full size beds.

This home includes two full sized bathrooms with showers with excellent water pressure.

OUTDOOR AREAS
The deck is waiting for you to take in the ocean views and enjoy the sound of the surf. Grill dinner on the charcoal grill on the ground floor with outdoor furniture seating for 6. The ground floor also has a fully enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand and sun. A fish cleaning station with sink is also offered for your use. Lastly the storage shed complete with beach cart is perfect for all of your chairs and umbrella storage.

EXTRA AMENITIES
Perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and paved driveway parking for 4 vehicles. This home allows two dogs. Contact me to discuss any special pet requests. *Please remember our four legged friends must be crated if ever left in the home alone.*

THE LOCATION
Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, The Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

The Sassy Bass Market Place has a large variety of grocery options & drinks just a few minutes down the road.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.
