Welcome to villa Allamanda, a newly renovated luxury villa in the heart of Caribbean. This impressive 6 bedroom, 6 1/2 bathroom luxurious villa is located in Guana Bay, directly on Guana Bay Beach offering over 5,000 square feet of living space. The spectacular views, the back-drop of Sky, sea and the villa is absolutely stunning.

The villa has been furnished with contemporary designer furnishings from Europe and has been designed to provide all necessary amenities to please our guests.

The villa is set on one level and access to all bedrooms is within the villa. There are 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. 4 bedrooms offer king size beds and 2 bedrooms offers 2 twin beds.

The air-conditioned living room is exquisitely furnished. Open the sliding windows and you will breath the natural breeze from the ocean. You can experience the fabulous views from the living, dining and kitchen..The fabulous gourmet kitchen offers exquisite granite countertops and is fully equipped with modern deluxe stainless steel appliances. In addition, the villa offers a wonderful bar area with a state-of-the-art wine cooler opening onto the covered terrace so you can make your cocktails and drinks with easy access to the terrace and pool area.

The extensive terrace area offers a private pool, an outdoor covered dining area that seats 8 persons and comfortable lounge chairs for you to soak in the sun. Perfect for BBQ as well as private reception.

In addition, you have access to your own private beach, our dedicated staff will design an private area on the beach for you.

The villa's extensive space, rooms, patios, outside terrace and private pool join together creating a wonderful harmonious flow throughout and are bordered by a luxuriant large garden.

The perfect rental for our group. This house had everything we needed. A wonderful added feature having daily maid service. Also any issues were quickly resolved with one phone call. Tucked away in a gated community we were very safe, we enjoyed every detail this house offered.

island getaway

The house was beautiful and big and had plenty of space for all 9 of us. The patio and porch and pool area was so nice for us to all sit around and it had a gorgeous view of the ocean. Chris, the property manager, was wonderful and helped us with reservations and answered any questions I had.

Great time, can't wait to return

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Most of us agreed that this was the best pool we have had (5 years going for family vacations). The proximity of the property to popular destinations like Grand Case, Orient Bay, and Simpson Bay is perfect. If you are looking for a private beach property that is close to all the hot spots on the island, this property would be perfect for you. The hospitality and staff (including Julius, Loki, Shadow, and Tommy =)) is also top notch.

Fabulous beach house

The house, pool and beach was beautiful, inviting, clean and super private. We are a group of senior citizens who were friends some since Kindergarten! We sat around sharing stories, cooking special dishes, desserts snd cocktails! There was nothing missing from the kitchen. The property manager Chris Boulicault was an absolute gem! He helped us with rental cars, directions, pick up and drop off at the airport, food stores and much more. He is the absolute best of the best…kind, considerate, and knowledgeable.

Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful experience. First, the house was so large and well stocked. We had two families staying and there was enough room for all of us. The house was recently refurnished and it is beautiful. In addition to the kitchen having everything you will need, they had pool floats, boogie boards and coolers, which made things so much easier for our beach days.The staff was so helpful. Chris was an amazing host. He helped us even before the trip to know the best places to visit and activities to book. He met us at the house and showed us everything and was available for questions for our entire stay. The maintenance person (small assistance needed) was so responsive and kind and the cleaner made sure the house was spotless during our stay. I would highly recommend and we are looking forward to our next visit.

Awful house - do not stay here

St. Martin is lovely, but the house is awful. When we checked in, the water was brown, the towels had lipstick, and the house was so dirty that our three-year-old drew stick figures in the dust on the countertops. When we asked for a cleaning, the property manager Chris tried to charge us extra. The beach is unusable because it is covered with foul-smelling seaweed. The listing also hid that the wifi did not work and that live tv costs extra. During our stay, the following items broke: the shower, the garbage disposal (twice), the back blinds, and the washing machine (twice). The pool tiles are peeling. The wooden baseboards around the pool are busted with rusted nails, which created a dangerous condition for our three and ten-year-old kids. When we asked Chris to make minor repairs, he threatened to call the police. Chris blamed these problems on St. Martin, but those problems exist nowhere else besides this house. If Chris had any integrity, he would disclose these problems on the listing before people pay the deposit.

Séjour inoubliable

Wow, cette villa est fantastique, déjà l’acceuil avec le gestionaire était parfaite. Cette villa est très grande, les chambres ont tous leur salle de bain privé. Nous étions en voyage familliale avec 3 enfants en bas age; 4 ans 2 ans et 6 mois. L’installation y était très bien adapté. Il y avait une porte qui l’imitait l’accès à la piscine et à la mer ce qui nous r’assurait grandement avec nos enfants. De plus, nous pouvions descendre des rideaux métaliques sur la terrasse extérieur, ce qui ajoutait à la sécurité de nos enfants qui n’avait plus du tout accès à la cour arrière. Le personnel est très attentionné, chacunes de nos demandes on été réalisés avec soins et rapiditées. La plage est belle, pas trop d’accumulation d’algues sur le sable et pas du tout dans l’eau, du moins lors de notre séjour. Par-contre, nous avons vraiment apprécié d’être pratiquement seul sur cette plage. Notre seule déception ces d’avoir séjourné seulement 7 jours, nous étions vraiment triste de partir. Je vous recommande fortement cet endoit.

Great Stay at Guana Bay

Chris and Malachi were fantastic. Whatever we needed, they supplied. Plenty of room for 10 adults. The location of the Villa was perfect. Great beach, basically all to ourselves. Nice waves to play in. The house was well-stocked and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Amazing House!!!

The house is amazing! Plenty of room for the 8 adults. Neighborhood is gated and safe. Easy walk to the beach and a short 5-10 min drive to Phillipsburg. Simpson Bay/Airport is 25-30 minutes away. Alex & Maggie who manage the property were right next door to help with anything we needed. They were very nice and responsive the whole week. This is not a con by any means, but if you want calmer Caribbean water you might want the Simpson Bay/French side of the island. The wind blows from the Atlantic side and can be choppy at times. But, this wind does keep the mosquitoes off of you when outside! All in all, great place and value for your money.

Exceptional European Experience

The location is great, the house we stayed in had high end finishes. It had its own salt water pool. Right on the beach with private access. Staff was helpful and friendly. Cleaning was great. Closed gate community made me feel safe. 5 min drive to Philipsburg. Owner was very accommodating. Very happy and definitely would stay again.
