Property was exactly as advertised and was well positioned between Tybee Beach and Downtown Savannah. Close to both Publix and Walmart so we weren’t eating out for every meal.

The stay was not worth the money. The refrigerator was dirty, the coffee maker had mold in it (had to bleach), light bulbs in the bathroom were out, pillows were very thin. No curtains in the whole house. Front two rooms got extremely hot and natural light woke you up extremely early. Towels were small and on the cheaper side. Would have preferred white sheets, towels and wash clothes (like other stays and it gives more of a clean esthetic). Location was good, enjoyed outside but very little amenities and not worth the price.

Good house for exploring Savannah

This house was pretty well located, in a quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores and downtown Savannah. It was clean and sufficiently nice for our trip.

We were out most of the time. Sleeping was the main stay. It was clean, easy check in and out. Only thing the mattresses were not made for a good sleep. Must be those that come in a box!! Would definitely stay again if they get new beds!

We had a nice stay. The property is easy to find and in a good location with Walmart and Publix close by if groceries are needed. All of the basic kitchen items were available. The grill did not work.

Great location!

We had a nice time and the home was a good rental, the best part of it was the location. It is on a quaint street in between Tybee Island and historic Savannah. I would say we would have liked to have had a luggage rack or extra table in each of the bedrooms for us to put our things. Overall a great experience, thank you!

We stayed here for a wedding an it was perfect because we were only minutes away from all events. The house is cute, it was clean & perfect for our needs. I would recommend bringing your own pillows, as they are very thin, But other than that, we had everything we needed.

Very clean and quiet. Our host was very informative. Communicating with us before and after our trip. The distance from our events and shopping were great. Mirrors and maybe a small chest/dresser in each bedroom. Overall great stay.

My great stay in Savannah Georgia

We had a wonderful stay at the property that we booked with evolve.com. The house was perfect for our needs. The house was very clean, well stocked with the things you would have in your own house. Great location with easy access to the city of Savannah and the beach at Tybee Island. The property manager is available at all times to address your concerns. I strongly recommend the property as a place to lodge during your stay in the area.

Savannah Reunion

We were visiting with family who lived just around the corner on the next street. The beds were comfortable. Only have a couple of things to say regarding improvements: The ice-maker was not working and it would have been nice to have hand towels in both the kitchen and bathrooms. The front porch light didn’t work so I exchanged it with a bulb from an indoor lamp.

Great Stay for a Great Price

Pictures match the real place in real life. Quiet and safe neighborhood, located near every main store you need. Check in was easy and the owner sent a welcome text with clear instructions prior to our arrival. The stay was pretty neat and tidy, the only reason i gave 4 stars for cleanliness is just because the shower in the master bedroom seemed like it was a rush cleaning job since it was a long strand of hair on the floor and what looked like a cleaning rag left on the handle of the shower knob. Other than that no complaints at all, would definitely stay again!
