Summary: Welcome to our enchanting 2BD, 2.5BR historic apartment in the heart of the Garden District. Our prime location offers easy access to the city's iconic attractions, including Magazine Street's boutique shops, renowned restaurants, and lively bars or hop on the streetcar just steps away for a short ride to the French Quarter
The Space: Step inside and be greeted by the timeless elegance of the apartment's interior. The spacious living area is thoughtfully furnished, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for relaxation or gathering with loved ones. Kick back on the plush sofas or armchairs and enjoy a movie night on the flat-screen TV.
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the necessary utensils to whip up a delicious meal. Sit down and savor your culinary creations in the adjacent dining area, complete with a stylish table and seating for the whole group.
Both bedrooms are elegantly appointed, with comfortable beds, spa quality linens, and ample storage space for your belongings. For each bedroom, there are also two full bathrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests. Pamper yourself in the newly updated bathrooms, equipped with modern fixtures and complimentary toiletries.
In addition to the bedrooms, there is a convenient half bathroom for guests to freshen up. The apartment also offers amenities such as air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. This is a second floor unit. Please see the pictures stairs for reference.
Guest Access: You will have complete and private access to the entire 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment.

Getting Around: The St. Charles streetcar line is six blocks away and will take you to all the main tourist attractions including Audubon Park, Tulane and Loyola Universities, the Riverbend and the French Quarter. Uber or taxi will get take guests to most areas in the city in about 10 minutes or less. All street parking is free and first come, first serve.
Other Things to Note: Per New Orleans City requirements, this contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.
The building is a 4-plex, and this unit is on the ground floor. It does not share any walls with the neighboring units. There is one unit upstairs above it. Parking is all free street parking, you should be able to find a spot right out front.
We love hosting but want to make sure the unit is a good fit. Please read the below house rules before booking.

Lovely, clean, well stocked apartment. Great communication with the team! We had an easy, short walk in the morning to PJ’s coffee on Magazine St. for their delicious beignets and coffee or to Steins Deli for a sandwich. As well as an easy walk at night to the St Charles streetcar line with my adult daughter. Building felt safe and secure. Thank you, we’ll definitely use again.

The location of this property was fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. We also really appreciated the easy parking right out front, which made arrivals and departures hassle-free. The space itself was very roomy and provided more than enough space for our group.

Day of Wedding Bridal party dress
I rented this place for me and my daughter who was getting married on Saturday. We stayed Friday night then on Saturday who bridal party and family showed up. It was a great place to get together before the big evening. Girls had makeup and hair done. Plenty of room lighting The girls really enjoyed there time together before ready. I have to say. I stay Saturday night by myself. Very safe. But after two long wedding days. The beds was the most comfortable beds I have slept in. This tired mom was grateful. Could’t ask for a better place. Will stay there every time I go back to New Orleans. Check in was easy. The place clean had plenty of anything I needed. Give star all the way.
