River Strand is located between Tampa and Sarasota, a short drive to Siesta Key Beach and Anna Maria Island, the NY Yankee spring training facility, Baltimore Oriole spring training facility, Ellenton Premium Outlets, Hard Rock Café, world-class shopping and dining at the Mall at University Town Center featuring Saks Fifth Avenue, Macy’s, Dillard’s and 125 stores and restaurants. Less than two hours to Orlando and Disney World Universal Studios , and EPCOT center. Just twenty minutes to beautiful downtown Sarasota with opera, symphony, ballet, live theater and great restaurants.

Charges include the monthly rent plus River Strand’s one-time membership transfer fee ($572.45) , a cleaning/turn-around fee ($225.00), 13% Florida occupancy/sales tax, and refundable damage deposit ($500.00). Payments are due as follows: deposit of 50% with reservation; balance of 50% 30 days prior to occupancy. Minimum rental is one month. No smoking except on lanai enclosed balcony. Personally-managed by the owner (Jay), who is dedicated to making each guest's stay care-free and memorable.

Pets: we welcome pets, but the Condo's Homeowners' Association rules allow only pets weighing less than 25 lb. The pet fee listed is per pet.
