Come and get a fully furnished condo with all the trimmings- free wifi, cable tv, free snorkel equipment to use, tennis rackets, beach rackets, movies to watch when you feel like relaxing, fully air conditioned and clean as a whistle.

This condo is located right across the street from the huge infinity pool and private beach. Snorkeled right off the beach daily and saw incredible fish and a nurse shark in the crystal clear waters. Sunset was awesome from this property. The condo has everything you need for a great stay. Bathroom had a large soaking tub along with the separate shower. Felt safe and enjoyed every minute. They have a mini store across the street by the pool in the clubhouse! Didn’t find that out till 3 days before we left! Also have days when fresh vegetable vendors/food vendors come onto the property😀😀 Kevin the owner was quick to respond when the tv wasn’t working. Would stay again!!

Beautiful place to stay

We loved our stay here and will definitely be back soon , excellent location , easy to check in , security was the best I’ve had staying in Jamaica , friendly clean neighbour hood , we had everything we needed and much more , The pool and beach were fantastic my children made loads of friends as there were many other families and local residents Thank you for our perfect stay 10/10

Safe, private, . Spacious one bedroom. Beautiful pool and private beach. 5 min to many restaurant

Our stay was very good. Convenient location. Easy to travel like the locals.Check in was not smooth as we were not met in the unit by the manager and we’re not informed. Unit was open. Security helped us to get that sorted. On night one had Wi-Fi issues which made communication with our trip group a challenge. Unit was easy to rent. Simple process. We paid the price posted.

Quiet getaway

Beautiful property and very close to the ocean! A little difficulty finding the property in the dark our first night, but once we found it, all was good. The private beach was perfect and NOT scattered with crowds, nor vendors to hassle you. Relaxing week, we will definitely return again!

Little Bay

I felt property was miss represented a little, it was across the street from the beach, the safe didn’t work when we got there and there was construction materials all around the front of our building. There was only hot water at best every other day. The area was nice and the villa itself was nice just not exactly what we thought. Pool was nice and beach was small but nice. Overall if we were taking a group of people and could get several of those that would probably have been ok.

The property was really nice located perfectly on the nice side of the complex a short 3 min walk and your on the private safe secure beach private and pool and clubhouse. Your also far enough away from the road traffic noise so it’s quiet . Your on the ground level so easy to unpack and load up being under a car port loading and very safe the unit is in fantastic condition the owner take great pride that it’s comfortable would definitely stay again

Comfortable Accomodations in Nice Community

Kevin’s condo is in a small gated community in Orange Bay, just north of Negril. Very quiet, secure and serene...just a minute walk from the clubhouse which has a huge infinity pool right in front of a private beach. Less than a 10 min drive from Negril’s 7 mile beach strip. The apartment is nicely furnished with WiFi, cable, smart DVD player and an Xbox. Great for a couple or even a very small family-there is a cot that could be used in addition to the king size bed. Kitchen had all of the essentials, though pots, pans and knives could use an upgrade. An unexpected bonus was dish soap, hand soap, one bar soap, toilet paper and cleaning chemicals were supplied. Did not use tub since it had a crack in it. Kevin and Karen were great to deal with. They were very accomodaring and extremely quick to respond to my emails and messages. Also, let us check in early. It would’ve been nice to actually meet Karen and get more of an orientation on the neighborhood and check out procedures. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would return!
