Tropical Paradise Awaits You In This 6 Bedroom, 5 Bathroom Home On The Ocean!

Paradise awaits you in this beautifully decorated 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home with 80 feet of pristine beachfront! This home has all the vacation amenities for your enjoyment. Take a dip in the pool, relax in the lagoon spa/hot tub, grill and enjoy outdoor dining. Kitchen is equipped with state of the art appliances, coffee maker, and everything you need for that outdoor beach dinner. Enjoy some some cards in the game room. Take a walk on the beach and then come back for some of the prettiest sunsets!

The master suite has wide Gulf views with your own balcony, a luxurious bathroom with shower and soaking tub. Another guest bedroom also has a private balcony facing the ocean. All bedrooms have on-suite bathrooms and king size beds (with one bedroom also having a twin over twin bunk bed).

Tampa Airport is a 35-40 minute drive; nearest grocery store is a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive; John's Pass is just a 6 minute drive; and downtown St. Pete is just a 25 minute drive. But, you may never want to leave the house!

Come and enjoy the most beautiful beach rental home in the area!

Important Information:

This home is spacious and ideal for family vacations, but it is not available for weddings or large events beyond its accommodation capacity.

Must be 25 or older to reserve, and the person booking must be present for the entire stay.

A security damage deposit will be collected at the time of reservation, which is refundable if no damages occur.

Please note, this property is self-catering. We provide a starter supply of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, but these will not be replenished during your stay.

Parents 50th anniversary family trip

Accommodated the entire family with everyone having their own private space. It was a great location with plenty of options to keep kids entertained. Would stay here again.

Fun family trip

Nice property and location. Stayed they a few weeks ago and new owner is fixing things up quickly and very nicely both inside and out. Highly recommend.

Magnificent home!

We had an amazing time here. And one we will never forget considering we got to watch a sea turtle nest directly in front of the property our last night. Would definitely go back again.

Harman Family Vacation

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the property. There was more than enough space to accommodate all 8 adults. The location was perfect and the beach was spectacular. We saw dolphins and the most amazing sunsets daily and it was overall the perfect vacation for everyone.

Beautiful!

This was our third year staying at this property. The house is big enough to accommodate our whole family. It has so many amenities that we never had to leave! This is definitely a favorite on our vacation list.

Wonderful Escape

The home is well-appointed and has a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub and proximity to the beach. Any questions or issues were addressed quickly. It was a great week, and we hope to book again soon!

The Big Beach House rocks

The big beach house is a perfect getaway location. Spacious doesn’t begin to describe the layout. The pool was sparkling and refreshing. Access to the beach right from the front yard. And evenings were spent relaxing in the huge hot tub!

Perfect family vacation

We could not have picked a better place. The home was amazing and conveniently located. The close proximity to the beach was a game changer coming from condo vacationing. The house was big enough to accommodate the whole family and not feel stacked on top of each other. Definitely recommend for large families. There is something to do for everyone, the kids, the teens and the adults.

Awesome Vacation

The house is beautiful and spacious, with gorgeous views of the ocean and sunset. Perfect for a big family with lots of different interests. The pool was a perfect getaway with some shade for the family when we needed a break from the beach. The game room was an added plus and we had tons of laughs. Wonderful memories were made for a lifetime and we cant wait to come back next year.

A glimpse of paradise

We have a very large family and this was the wonderful setup for combining all of our children and grandchildren while still allowing everyone enough space that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The location was perfect and the beach wasn't overly crowded. It was nice for the kids to be able to walk out to the back yard and play on the beach. We will be visiting again.

Beautiful and updated property!

The new management company just converted all the beds to new King beds and it was very comfortable! We had a wonderful time at the beach. The house was spacious and private and allowed for some family members to go to sleep early, while others stayed awake using the hot tub or watching tv in the family room, and we never heard each other. Close to restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommend!

BEACHFRONT PARADISE

We selected this beachfront house for our annual St. Pete trip and were very pleased. The Gulf is right behind the house with amazing sunset views. The property maintains privacy with lush landscaping on both sides. The property manager went above and beyond in decorating the house for Christmas. The pool was heated and very comfortable. We highly recommend this rental.

Perfect Bliss!

Absolutely everything they said it would be and more! The perfect atmosphere we needed to relax and hide from the world. Everything was thought of and we didn’t have a care in the world. The whole house sound system was a wonderful surprise! Music and lighting throughout created amazing ambiance. We will return as often as possible!

Wonderful Beach Getaway for Entire Family

We had a Great Week at the Beach! Entire family stayed (ages 10-80). Bedrooms were so spacious and was wonderful for everyone to have access to a bathroom. We were a little disappointed that the kitchen was not fully stocked (no potholders, no can opener, limited dish clothes & dish towels). We had to call the property manager to bring more beach towels (only had 5 beach towels for a group of 12); also had to ask him to bring more beach chairs (Only had 5 beach chairs that were not broken and that were usable)--unfortunately when he arrived he brought us 3 childrens beach chairs so they were of no use to us. I do want to mention that the property manager did respond immediately, and he did bring some potholders , extra beach towels, and extra wash clothes. I still gave an overall rating of 5 because the location of the home, spacious rooms, fantastic beach and view, pool and hot tub were great, house was very clean and beds were very comfortable!

Family vacation

Home was perfect for 3 families. Lots of extras that I found out reading comments. I booked the stay just before the property sold or mgmt taken over by realty company. Property manager not good communicating or answering questions, ck in info came from realty site not VRBO so missed it in spam. Had to call several times, no one would call me back, finally texted and I found the info. Thermostats are locked so can’t go below 71 or 72. Appliances were great but all labels are gone so had to google panel to figure out oven. A few issues during the week that were fixed promptly. The location is perfect and the property was perfect for our family. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Patio and grill area were great. Beach is so close and not crowded. Lots of sheriff patrols during the week. Hope to return.

Pure Paradise

I feel obligated to write an amazing review for this beautiful home, because every aspect honestly exceeded our expectations. My family travels the world. We plan, research, and are sometimes disappointed upon arrival because the experience and/or accommodations did not live up to the pictures and/or description. This stunning, oceanfront home on the white sands of Redington Beach truly delivers. The owners go above and beyond to create an amazing experience for all guests. From the young to the old, they think about every detail. The kitchen is perfectly equipped; the rooms are well thought out, and provide privacy, space, yet coziness. The home and ground entertain like no other place we've been (seriously, we left the home once over a week). From building sand castles, to boogie boarding, to puzzling, playing pool, hot tubbing, surfing, swimming in the ocean and pool, reading, enjoying the stunning views… to beach biking on their fat tire bike, fishing, sipping wine watching the sun set, playing darts, strolling the beach for sea shells, splurging for an in-home massage treatment, spotting dolphins… this property is an endless playground in paradise for all to enjoy. A special thanks to the generous owners for enabling us to create priceless memories to last a lifetime. We are forever grateful, and promise to be back soon. Warmly, The Goldberg Family

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful and spacious home with a hot spa, heated pool and game room, located directly on the beach. Very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and drug store too. Could not have been more pleased with everything this home and location offered. We would highly recommend this home.

Family vacation

The nine of us stayed here in March for spring break. I will start off with the PROs and then CONs of the property. PROS: The house was spacious and nice layout. The ocean in the back was a plus! Nice clean sand and not rowdy with spring breakers. The pool was heated and located in a great area, so even on windy days the kids were able to swim. The beds were comfy. Cons: Everything inside is a bit outdated, such as, the kitchen cabinets, most doors did not close correctly. Especially the upstair bedrooms with the jack and Jill bathroom. You literally had to yank it to open it. Water pressure for all faucets (except shower) is a bit low. All kitchen cookware should be replace. The MAIN front wooden door could use a lock, because anyone could just come in to the swim area. That was why I couldn’t give this house a 5 stars, but our overall stay was great!

What a way to end the year with Christmas on the beach (2002) 🎄

Our 2022 family Christmas was absolutely wonderful at this residence, Letitia, the host was very accommodating, especially decorating with a beautiful Christmas tree and other Christmas decorations to make us feel at home . The weather did not cooperate with us entirely, but we are a family of troopers and did not let that stop our families togetherness Plenty of room for a family of 10 to spread out. Everyone did their own thing , if you wanted privacy, you had that too. Thank you Miss Letitia for all your help

Great place and location for family vacation!

We truly enjoyed our week at this property! Leticia our host was available if needed. The house was great for our party of 8 (7 adults and a 3 year old). Literally right on the beach. Great views, wonderful walks and swims. Pool was lovely as was spa. We used both everyday. Great dining and groceries near by. Thanks, Leticia!

Dream Vacation on Reddington Beach

We cannot rave enough about this gorgeous beachfront home! Letitia was a dream to work with-so accommodating, hospitable, and available for any and all questions or needs. The home was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked-new pots/pans and knives, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, plenty of dishware and glassware-a cook's dream! We had 4 kiddos with us and the house came with 2 pack n plays, a highchair, and the pool was gated off-all bonuses when staying with little ones! The layout of the house was perfect for our trip as we had 3 families-each family had their own "wing" of the house to spread out comfortably. The beach and ocean were just steps from the house. Watching the sunsets while eating dinner on the patio was heavenly! The pool was heated and shady which was perfect when you wanted a break from the sun and perfect for the kids. There were many restaurants nearby within a few miles (one was in walking distance) and multiple grocery stores. All in all it was the perfect vacation. We would highly recommend this property to anyone, and you couldn't ask for a better property manager than Letitia-she made sure our stay was everything we wanted it to be! Thank you again Letitia for everything!
