Spectacular views of the harbor, ocean and Avalon from this beautiful three level house built on the hillside of Avalon. Featuring three large balconies and a large top deck patio with barbecue grill, plus tables and chairs for eight people to relax and enjoy the mountain view.

Enter on the street level and you will find the main living area with lots of windows, light, and views of the harbor, the living room includes a fireplace (gas assisted wood burning), the dining room, and a powder room. The kitchen features a breakfast table with French doors opening to a balcony with outdoor table and harbor views as well.

Walk down 15 steps to the next level and find the primary bedroom suite with full bath and small private deck, as well as two additional bedrooms and another full bath.

Walk down 15 more steps and walk through a sitting room to the fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed, 3/4 bath. This bottom level includes a private entrance and private balcony, plus washer/dryer are also on this level. A total of 2198 SQ feet. 130MT

QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited).

This property offers a complimentary 4-seater golf cart.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3-night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

Amazing harbor views, spacious layout (we were vacationing with another couple and had separate floors!), charming coastal vibes... This place we hope to visit again sometime.

Amazing view that made the house entirely great. Location was good too if you can handle the stairs- we loved it. Lots of stairs in the house too - no bedroom on main floor so keep in mind for your group. Golf cart was fun. House is certainly dated and kitchen could use a refresh but it has all that you need and more. We would stay again.

Annual friends getaway

This house worked for us perfectly. There were 9 of us. The multiple levels allowed for togetherness as well as alone time. The views and decks were perfect. We would stay here again!

Everything about the process was easy. Great communication and the amenities matched what were being advertised. We have stayed here before and really enjoy the view and the breeze. Itā€™s definitely adventurous as itā€™s high on the hill and requires stairs for more than four people or multiple trips in the golf cart, but itā€™s worth it!you can not get a better view!

It was OK. Grill was not clean, requested to clean , still not clean . We did not grill and brought the chicken back . Water pipe busted and we did not have water in flush for almost 18 hours. it was not a good exp.

Nice house, good communication

The property location is outstanding. The management communication is excellent and they are very responsive to needs/requests. The house is from the 70s/80s but is very well maintained and has some very nice features (steam room, balconies)

Amazing views!

The house has amazing views of Catalina and short walk into town. Itā€™s cute and has lots of room. Management was very responsive when we had questions. The golf cart was great as we used it to get our groceries. Would book again!

Delightful multilevel home with amazing views. Rooftop deck with bbq was relaxing as well as multi level balconies. Home has everything needed. Great trip.

Great family spot!

We had 2 families with 4 kids ages 12-15 and everyone had plenty of room to have space. The kitchen is very well stocked, the golf cart was a lifesaver, and the overall experience was great. The 3 levels made it nice to spread out. Bonus having the public stairs so close, although the hike up is no joke! Overall, this was a great stay!

The house was at a great location with an amazing view. The house had plenty of room with all the things we needed. It was nice to have access to the golf cart as that was our mode of transportation on Catalina Island. One thing we were disappointed in was the house was advertised as having a washer and dryer. The maintenance guys had to come because of drainage problems in the shower (which they addressed immediately) so we asked where the washer/dryer was. He showed us and it was in a closet that was locked. That was a bit frustrating

Convenient and Spacious

8 moms stayed 2 nights at this Catalina house. Itā€™s close , convenient , and spacious. The use of the golf cart was super helpful. We enjoyed the lovely views. Lots of beds and everyone had plenty of room. Communication with host was easy. Would recommend !

Great family getaway home with amazing views

The house is above Avalon with great views across the town to the casino and harbor. Having the golf cart was a HUGE plus to move things to the beach and back up the hill. The house is dated inside could use a little freshening up and lots of stairs (3 flights from main level to lowest bedroom) if your somewhat immobile. The lower level bedroomis a mini master bedroom, middle is master, a bedroom witht bunk beds and a 3rd bedroom with queen bed. It is a great family getaway home, fully stocked with the essentials.

Love the views!!!

Perched up on the hillside above Avalon, we found a little piece of heaven. Our vacation house had 4 different balconies, three stories, four bedrooms, four bathrooms...and it also included a golf cart. A big bonus!!! The property has an old world charm to it but it is the views that will make you want to return time and time again. It was a great way to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday with family! Hope we get to go back someday soon!!

Great view!

The unit was pretty much as advertised on VRBO. It had a wonderful view of Avalon and the harbor from anywhere facing that direction in the house. And it was in a great location. The golf cart was definitely a plus, although it was quite easy to walk down the public steps two houses down. Not so easy coming back up, but we all did it whenever there wasnā€™t room on the golf cart, which seat 4 persons. The unit was clean and cozy, and all appliances were functional. It could stand a little updating (electronics, plugs for charging, light fixtures). But otherwise, our party of 8 was quite comfortable there. We all agreed we definitely stay there again. Check-in and out was a breeze, and response time for communication with the local rental group was swift. I definitely recommend a 4-7 day stay, as there is much to do around Avalon, on the island and the surrounding shore.

Fantabulous home

This house was perfect! Pretty much has two master bedrooms, which was great. The golf cart was a huge bonus. Minutes away from town on golf cart or a quick walk up and down the stairs two doors down that get you to town in a jiffy. Views are incredible. This place is a must!

End of an Adventure

This was a wonderful place to end our bike journey across the Island. We spent the week biking and camping on the Island and then arrived to this wonderful house for our final destination.

Gorgeous and Comfortable Stay

Property was close by to Avalon Harbor, set in the hillside overlooking the harbor. The views were beautiful and the surrounding neighborhood was lovely. Our group had a wonderful time during our trip with lots of late night conversation in front of the wood-burning fireplace and stunning sunrises over the harbor. We would definitely return to this property!
